I often call for delivery and once the phone is picked up a good ten minutes of the conversation is the employee talking to the other co workers. When I finally get a chance to place my order, the person who takes the order tries to rush you off the phone by cutting you off mid sentence to once again talk to the co workers or take another order from someone who walked in the store. Then asks you to repeat your order again it's so frustrating that this happens every single time I call to place an order.
