Hot and sour soup is not authentic . Wasn't feeling well and needed a true authentic hot sour soup. Unfortunately filled with rough cabbage slices . No Chinese wood ears either . Disappointed . I can't eat as sensitive teeth requiring a root canal . Hardly any broth. read more

Went for a few options and only one of them I felt was rather good. Had the crab rangoons which tasted pretty stale and the wontons were very chewy. The General Tso's shrimp was very good with lots of broccoli. The last two items had very little taste; the tofu & vegetable soup and the shrimp egg foo young. Even the sauce that you put on the egg foo young didn't have much flavor. read more

I'll start off by saying that I've been to an exact same Chinese place down south, so I knew my way around the menu immediately. In the Carolinas though, the staffers spoke good English - These ones, they barely understand you and vice versa. Language barriers aside, the people seemed really nice, and did try their best to work with things. I ordered the fried scallops, crab rangoons, and one of the steamed platters. The scallops were alright, albeit the breading made them a bit soggy. Crab rangoons were the average half-crispy triangles with sweet cream cheese filling. The steamed platter was the item that took the cake, when it came to issues... Even though the shrimp and chicken looked perfectly fine, the vegetables weren't at all fresh. It was all canned, minimally cooked, and lacked color. The mushrooms especially, which just looked like indistinguishable grey ovals without any detail or skin. No flavor whatsoever, and half of the platter ended up in the trash as a result. While Wok 'n Roll was a name that caused some laughter with the creativity, their food is lacking that, and I'm sad to say it's a very average Chinese restaurant at the end of the day - Only good for those moments when you're craving spring rolls, or oily fried rice. read more

Good food most of the time but horrible customer service. Had multiple issues but continue to give them the benefit of the doubt until tonight. First time, they tried telling me I didn't pay when they delivered my food, had to wait outside in the cold with my food until driver figure out that I did. Then the next time I didn't receive my S&S Chicken and was pretty much accused of lying. She asked me to double check the bag 3x. This last time, I placed the order online for deliver, it showed that it would be about an hour for delivery. Well the hour came and went. I figured maybe they for backed up on deliveries so I gave them more time. We'll almost two hours into waiting something obviously wasn't didn't so I called the restaurant and they never even cooked my order! Ill definitely be taking my business elsewhere! read more

We decided to order Wok N Roll for lunch and we were not disappointed. We ordered off the lunch menu and the portions were decent. The pricing is good too, lunch for 2 was less than $20 dollars. I ordered the beef with garlic sauce and was surprised at the generous amounts of beef and vegetables that come with the platter. The service is really nice too! They thanked my boyfriend for coming in. I hope this place generates lots of good business and becomes a mainstay in the community. It's really nice to have decent Chinese food when I'm out here visiting. read more

I ordered General Tsos chicken with extra broccoli instead of rice, and crab Rangoon. They gave me maybe 5 pieces of broccoli. Every single bite of chicken was very tough and made me question what was I eating. I didn't even want to eat more after 4 bites. The crab Rangoon also was stale. Very disappointing.
