The people here are typically polite (you can't control your customers completely) and I will continue to come back as much as I get time to go play a board game for free or Magic on any night (but Monday or Wednesday)

If you're not sure what you want to buy, you can sit down at a table and try out some of the open ones they've provided as demos for customers! They also have Magic the Gathering cards and Munchkin! If you get hungry or thirsty, you can take advantage of the snacks and drinks they sell at the front of the store. My sister was especially delighted to find the ice cream. All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable of a wide array of games and subjects, and goes out of their way to find it for you if they do not know. They have a wide variety of both card and board games for sale, as well as many of them available to play-test yourself right there in the store, often times with their staff. They have regular board game nights where anyone can come in and play or learn their own or others games. Their friendly staff will never push you or coerce you into buying anything you don't want to. Many times I will make the trip to buy a single game or expansion, planning only to run in, find my game, and leave, only to find myself having a great time just chatting with other customers and their staff for much longer. I have never left their store without being completely satisfied with their customer service, a friendly wave and asked to come again soon, even if I don't buy anything.
