If you're not sure what you want to buy, you can sit down at a table and try out some of the open ones they've provided as demos for customers! They also have Magic the Gathering cards and Munchkin! If you get hungry or thirsty, you can take advantage of the snacks and drinks they sell at the front of the store. My sister was especially delighted to find the ice cream. Ive never had an issue doing that, but then I'll ask if he can pull a 4 card order and he gripes about it while he's in the middle of doing someone's trade in. Their friendly staff will never push you or coerce you into buying anything you don't want to. Many times I will make the trip to buy a single game or expansion, planning only to run in, find my game, and leave, only to find myself having a great time just chatting with other customers and their staff for much longer. I have never left their store without being completely satisfied with their customer service, a friendly wave and asked to come again soon, even if I don't buy anything.
