This location is near and dear to myself, and probably the many young military types that call LRAFB home. It's your standard issue GameStop, and as such has the standard issue game store fare. I come here for the occasional XO title, but as of late I've also been on the hunt for Pop! collectibles. This GameStop location has yet to disappoint with its availability and its ability to order them to the store. Which leads me to the service. I've never had an issue and the employees have always been cordial. Maybe it's the random times of day that I stop in, or maybe it's the fact that they're pretty consistent. I think more the latter, but that's just me. All and all this location has it down. Myself and others make it easy for them. It's because we like to shop here, and maybe because they make it easy for us as well.

I was told that I couldn't purchase the charger because my husband, who is 29 by the way, had just came in and she knew I was with him. She said it was like selling cigarettes at gas station.She told me the FDA secret shoppers could be in there but I was the only customer in there. They definitely lost a customer today. Don't shop here she is rude.

I was the 6th person in line, they only had 3 , 2 got sold (cause they would call out each time). They tried telling me they sold out when in fact they didn't. I'm sure one of the coworkers parted the system for themselves. I called corporate they told me I'd receive a phone call from that store and 4? Almost 5 years later??? Still waiting for that call. I buy all my PTC books here - they are sooo much cheaper than the Pulaski Tech book store…read more Also, the PTC bookstore tries to rip you off with their new "rental" program - they only rent a few books and if you lose them they will charge you full price as if you had a new book. I will never EVER shop at the PTC bookstore.

The staff is very friendly, always helpful…read moreand eager to help, and they have worked with me when financial aid refunds didn't come in on time by delaying payment due. The fact that I can get my books for my classes when I have NO money until financial aid comes in is phenomenal! I appreciate all of you at Textbook Brokers. I have used only Conway and NLR locations, but they have both been superior to other bookstores and most certainly less expensive and easier to work with than college bookstores!
