This is comfort food at its finest. Food made with love and a whole lot of aloha. I don't know why there is something magical about rice cooked perfectly to just the right consistency and that mac salad but it is so satisfying. We all tried a bunch of different things when I came with my friends. My favorite was the chicken katsu. It was fried perfectly and the sauces were delicious. The katsu sauce was a surprising favorite for me. I loved how tangy it was. The Japanese style curry was also yummy. Luckily they let you get half and half. I also tried a bit of the chicken teriyaki which is a classic. I was also a HUGE fan of the garlic chicken which is kind of like Chinese food style but more crispy and the sauce was definitely addictive. The food here is amazing. The portions are large. It is a new spot and people are still discovering it. I would 100% recommend stopping by and giving it a try. Also, they do catering for weddings, parties, and everything else. And the music is a radio station from Hawaii. SO all the vibes. read more

Absolute Fire! Tried this place for the first time and I don't think I'll ever go back to Mo Bettah... their Mac salad is 10 out of 10. Actually kinda mad at myself for not trying this place sooner! Went to this place because it was close to my doctors. The friendly girl at the counter suggested two of the chicken dishes and me and my wife ordered what she suggested, it was beyond delicious. The chicken was moist and tender, and very flavorful, but the sauce is made it. We will definitely be going back here every time we go to the doctor or pass it through Salem. I apologize for not providing photos I ate it so fast. The food was amazing, the prices were fair, and portions were huge. The owner was friendly and brought us extra food because the card reader was having some issues which wasn't a big deal to us at all, but was a very kind gesture and icing on the cake metaphorically for us. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. I got the katsu and garlic chicken, my wife got the teriyaki chicken and kalua pork. The rice, and Mac were also good as well. Man, if you didn't know you would think you were eating imported food from Hawaii! 100% worth it, friendly great atmosphere!

The food was good, but the soda was flat, when I told them, they fixed it and then replaced it. The entire seating area was dirty, and when I pointed out that we were having to clean our own table just so we could sit, the cashier who wasn't helping anyone at the time said... "ok, thanks" and then proceeded to continue to sit behind the register not doing anything. All the tables stayed dirty until after we ate and left. read more

We got the katsu curry chicken and the garlic chicken. Chicken was so tender!!! The katsu chicken was still crispy on the outside. I've never been to a Hawaiian restaurant here in Utah County that had such tender chicken. Would definitely eat again if in the area. read more

Excellent food! Flavor town on the Teri Chicken. I could tell the sauce was freshly made. All the ingreds sang to me. la la la. Katsu had a super crisp on it and THEY GOT THE KATSU SAUCE RIGHT.
