Customer service is terrible, I called the other day about my moms muffler to see if it was under warranty and they made me feel stupid. They don't stand behind their work. It was a present for my mom and it broke within 4 years. I bought one for myself and it lasted a year before it fell apart. Terrible customer service. They had bought a knock off brand and selling as name brand parts. I do not recommend going to this shop to have work done on your vehicle. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would've done that but I had to settle for 1 star. read more

Just as we were heading back to Seattle from our 4th of July camping trip Bend's fire roads claimed our Sprinter's tailpipe. We called around and no one would do a last minute fix. We saw Good Guys' reviews and thought "they're too busy". We were right, they were really busy but heard we were trying to get home and told us to come by. The exhaust job they did on my vehicle sounds ok... Management on the other hand was unhelpful short and disrespectful. When I received my vehicle there was damage to a body panel so bad that the body shop is unable to get it out as well as deep scratches the owner insisted that there's nothing they could've possibly done that would've gotten even close to that part of the vehicle. Seems ridiculous considering how exorbitantly overcrowded their shop seems there's not somewhere I would recommend taking a high-end vehicle they did a rushed job there's a slight rattle to the exhaust welds. These folks were a godsend to us yesterday. We were south of Bend in a campsite that was off road. The road had its way with our Sprinter vans exhaust pipe. We pulled the pipe off and wondered if we could make it all the way back to Seattle without one. Not wanting to risk that, we called Good Guys to see if they can help us out. They obviously had other jobs to do that were scheduled for this day but they took us in with no issues at all and fixed our van within a very short amount of time. They have always given me excellent service whenever I brought my truck in, they are incredibly affordable, and the work that they do is always beyond my expectations. They always go out of their way to make sure that they get me the best price on parts, and always hold to their estimate as far as labor or anything else is concerned. They also have the most inexpensive (and quick) oil changes in town. My car required a new transmission last year, and they not only took me to go pick up my rental, but they made sure to check in with me periodically throughout the repair, so that I would know what was going on at all times. Was visiting area for a couple days and a leak in my exhaust system got noticeably bad - loud and fumes. Stopped in at Good Guys late afternoon on a Friday. They did a quick diagnosis and made the repair within a half hour. The actual charge was less than they initially quoted , because the problem was simpler than they thought. Short version: These people are AMAZING and I will go there for all of my future vehicle needs! If you're looking for a shop to fix your vehicles problems, then look no further. Their prices are affordable, and their work is great! The entire staff is so nice (Joe is great!). They truly are looking out to fix the problem, not rob you blind by throwing all kinds of parts at your vehicle and hoping it works. Save yourself the hassle and take it to Good Guys! Long version: I took my 2001 SUV around looking for good quotes, and honest people. I literally spent a whole day dedicated to shopping for quotes. Good Guys quoted a good, affordable price for what was needing done, and I felt they were trustworthy people. With what it was needing (an O2 sensor and/or a CAT, and an exhaust leak fixed) I figured I'd just pay to have a whole new exhaust system put in. They let me drop it off after hours, and told me a safe place I could leave the keys. Upon looking under the vehicle, they called us to let us know they located the exhaust leaks (turns out there were 2), checked the rest of the exhaust pipe and the O2 sensor and could very easily fix the leaks, replace the CAT, and put on a new muffler that we wanted. The O2 sensors were fine! They saved us money when they didn't have to! They are honest people, and did an amazing job. They completed the work in a timely manner and my SUV sounds amazing, and runs perfect. I am so glad I went to Good Guys, it really puts you at ease to know you have a shop you can count on that's not out to empty your pockets. I took my truck here to have an exhaust manifold leak repaired. They installed new headers and gaskets. After roughly a month, the leak returned but worse. So I took the truck back to Good Guys to repair under warranty. They had to redo the left side manifold because one of the bolts had been striped during the first install. I went to pick up my truck and they tried to bill me for the warranty work. I spoke with the owner about this and after arguing with me for about 15 minutes, he agreed to not charge me. He then said he would only honor the one year warranty if I came back after 300 miles to have everything retightened. I tried to make an appointment to have the bolts tightened after I drove 300 miles and they refused to work on my truck. Now my warranty is no longer being honored and the exhaust is leaking again. WORST EXPERIENCE! read more

I took my car to get an estimate for noisy exhaust. They said they would give me an estimate once it was up on the rack. They never called with an estimate but called to say they had tightened some bolts to stop the rattling and everything else was okay. I never had any rattles. When I picked up the car they charged me $85. So much for the free advertised estimate. Still have a noisy exhaust. Worthless shop. Avoid! read more
