I've never experienced this in my whole entire years of going to get my hair done.

Besides all, she is the sweetest and friendliest human being in the world. That 3-4 hours of installation will make you feel like 20 minutes. Time will fly like crazy! I have been wanting to try these for months since I decided I CANNOT do sew in any longer! Anyway, Chandra installed about 150 tiny strands on my head, 22 inches and I paid $450 (with her tip!). I've had these for about 6 weeks already and will NEVER do sew in again! The hair is still in perfect condition and I can't even tell I have them in my head. God, what took me so long?! There's no rushing you from station to station to get you out the door. My nails curve naturally and they take time to shape and protect them from breaking. My natural nails are super long and strong--people always ask if they're fake! The products they use don't leave dips in my nails and my nails are so protected that they survive at least a month of daily typing, furniture assembly, and playing with my energetic dog. I use their dry area and restroom to dry my hair since it's DIY and the place was organize and really prepared for what would a client need. Hoa my specialist, she's the best! Makes you feel so relaxed to the point that I always on the verge of falling asleep. She's really passionate with what she do and enjoys it so much. If you no show or cancel last minute, the stylist could of had someone else in that spot, potentially losing 100's of $$ at no fault of theirs. So, be courteous and respect this. As a patron, it's important to also think of businesses as if they were your own. Now, enough about that little rant of mine lol So Bunmi's salon is actually far from me. Don't Waste Your Money at Hair Xpression Salon…read more I recently visited Hair Xpression Salon for a color correction and Brazilian Blowout service. I specifically asked for my hair to be dyed back to a natural brown shade, but the final result turned completely black, which was not what I requested at all. This was not my first time getting a Brazilian Blowout or coloring my hair, but it was definitely my worst experience. The stylist was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional when I politely asked about the color and checked my hair. Instead of communicating respectfully, she raised her voice and made the experience very uncomfortable. On top of that, the Brazilian Blowout left my hair with a very strong chemical smell that has been unbearable. I expected professional results and respectful customer service, but unfortunately, this salon did not meet those standards.
