I love this salon! Adriana made me a whole new person and I have never felt so beautiful! She gave me a whole new transformation and I brought inspiration pictures but she did way better than my expectations! Definitely would recommend! I can't wait to get my retouch! She's the best!

I've been coming to Bianca and she's an amazing artist and very reasonable. Come see her for your hair color.

Shreeda did a fantastic job on my hair! I showed her a picture, and she brought it to life! I was actually running about ten minutes behind so I called and let the receptionist know. Parking was easy (which was a good surprise because I was worried about that). I was seen immediately and she did my highlights and my cut. It took about 4 hours but I asked for a lot (lol). It is definitely a little pricey but you get what you pay for! You always hear those horror stories when people pay practically nothing for highlights and then they spend a fortune trying to get it fixed. Why waste your time when you can get it done right the first time around? I will definitely be back!

What can I say except that this new renovation is beautiful! The hairstylists are so nice and my hair came out awesome ! Ask for Toni!

Go see Flora AND check her insta! @missbellaflora Hunny....she is THE HOUSTON GODDESS of color and color correction. 1 year ago I walked in begging for her help... girl it looked like my hair was casting for the next Dragon Ball Z feature movie. ORANGE YELLOW HUNNY! The Sahara was begging my hair to let go and grab a drink because she was DRY and BRITTLE! Flora was everything I was looking for - a fun personality with the intellect of a wizard for hydrating and coloring my hair. She is passionate and will help you. My hair is everything to me and an essential part of my beauty routine! It gives me confidence as I slay the business world and of course it might get you a free drink or two at the bar

Do Bar is now Craft Salon $30-35 for a blow out. They use Oribe and / or BB products. I've had two blow outs here and really loved the quality. I say big, they give me big. They use this hairspray that smells like candy. It smells sooooooo good. I had them do a little braid once and it was $5 extra, but looks awesome. I come home and do a little shake like a hair model. I discovered there is a legit parking lot that's on the corner off of Fairview. It's not marked, of course, but I was promised I would not get towed. Everyone is really nice. No one is mean to you. No one tries selling you stuff. They get you in and out in a judgement free zone. Love it. I wish they were open a tad later. For those of us who can't get their shit together and anywhere before 5:45pm.

Lovely salon and amazing stylists! I highly recommend Cabe for all your hair styling needs. He is exceptional with color and cuts hair beautifully. He is easy to be around and is a very attentive listener. He takes the time to understand your goals and ideas before jumping in. Check out my hair:

Light snacks, like cranberries and nuts are provided along with hot tea options, and citrus flavored water. The space is very nice. There are locker rooms with plush spa robes and complementary slippers. The locker room has two steam showers if you want to wash yourself after your massage. They also provide hair products to try as well as a Dyson hair dryer. I was definitely very impressed with the luxurious feel of the spa, however, was turned off by the receptionist who checked me in - her robotic, transactional nature was starkly juxtaposed against the warmth of the spa. I noticed she was the same with all customers so it wasn't personal but interaction with her was unsettling. I booked the 60min signature hydrafacial and the esthetician was welcoming and willingly customized my facial based on my requests. No major issues encountered but I noticed we started 10 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early so I thought marketing it as a 60min experience was a bit misleading. Also note the 60min Signature Hydrafacial does not include any hand/neck massages nor boosters nor light therapy so the $285 price was much more expensive than my usual spa. I will not return for another facial but may try massage in the future. We also booked pedicures and again the space is beautiful!! We were given a palette to select colors and the ladies were extremely friendly! My toes came out adorable! I found the seating to be very uncomfortable for a short person despite many pillows placed behind me for support so I honestly struggled to enjoy the experience but the space was very nicely decorated and clean looking. We were offered tea and snacks at the beginning as well. Overall, this was a very nice spa. I found it fairly expensive and overpriced, but I recognize beautiful spaces have a cost and that's what I should've expected in the River Oaks area. There is complementary validated parking!

Parking: Parking is the only issue I have with Cutloose - it's right in the heart of Montrose and there's very limited parking options. They don't have their own parking lot so you do need to find street parking. I've always been lucky enough to get a spot pretty close, but depending on the day that can be a challenge. Price: Their prices are standard and I believe they do depend on your stylist. Ambiance: There's something cool and chill about Cutloose. There's some hustle and bustle, but I always feel comfortable and relaxed here. The staff is very friendly and you're always greeted in the entry area. I believe you're generally offered a beverage when sitting and waiting in the front as well. Other things to note: They do sell various hair styling products They have nice, clean restrooms Their front door can be a bit heavy and I believe has a step up. There is a second floor inside with a few steps up to it as well (for those with mobility issues I think it's noteworthy)

If you're looking for a classic Vietnamese hair salon that values efficiency, affordability, and…read moreeffectiveness, this is your spot. Don't expect a modern, trendy interior. Nonetheless, this place still gets the job done right. I walked in on a Sunday around 3:45 PM and, despite seeing about 3-4 people ahead of me, I was seated by 4:35 PM - not a bad wait at all! I opted for the wash, cut, and blowout, which came out to a total of $35. I was finished by 5:05 PM, so the service was quick and efficient. (You can call ahead and make an appointment as well). They also let you check the front and back of the hair with a mirror to make sure you like it. Open on Saturdays and Sunday - so perfect for those who are busy/don't have time on the weekdays and need something quick. A heads up: they only accept cash or Zelle, so come prepared. Street parking is available. Overall, If you want a simple, straightforward, budget-friendly haircut without the fancy extras, this salon is a solid choice.
