Nearly two years after the fact and my sciatica still flairs up constantly, hasn't been the same since I visited this place, if there was a way to prove they caused this issue I would sue their asses into oblivion, In response to the owner, I have had dozens of massages over the years and never before or since have I experienced such aggressive stretching, also I was never asked nor gave consent for those kind of stretches, the only thing I have experienced even close was in high school and college in an athletic training room. Don't be fooled by the supposed high rating. This shop operates with folks who do not speak English. They practice a form of bait & switch by advertising premium Thai massage but in reality there is no Thai massage. And to add insult to injury, they short your time and don't give you the full minutes you pay for. Then, when paying the bill, the therapist confronted me yelling at me that I didn't leave a tip for her. So, if this the relaxing experience you want while getting a massage this is what you will get. I tried to work it out with a English speaking manager by offering paying half but they never credited me. And, I stand by every word of this review despite the reply from the manager who agreed to to meet-me-in-middle with a 50% discount but then went back on his word and charged me the full amount. His lengthy response proves his back-tracking. It's Thai massage Bait & Switch. In addition, Dan H (Manager) informed me that my audio was recorded in the room during the massage - that's how he knew I requested a blanket during the massage because I was cold . It is NOT legal for a massage business in California to record your audio without your consent. California is a strict "all-party consent" state under Penal Code § 632. This law makes it a crime to intentionally record a "confidential communication" without the consent of all parties involved. So, now you know how Dan H. and Good Hand Massage operates. This was by far one of the best well massage place I have been to. If you're looking to get the knots out or aches from your body, Amanda and her team is great. I had a combination massage from deep tissue, foot massage, and hot stone and all within the full hour for a very reasonable price. They really massage your arms, back, and legs. He has an incredible understanding of the body, pinpointing where the tightness was and communicating with me throughout the session. Got two massages here. One with Amanda and the other with Lily. If you want a hard hand Amanda is your girl. Lily is more gentle but still able to find and work out all your trouble areas. Both bring their own unique style on a deep tissue massage. This place isn't for relaxing, it's for fixing whatever you need worked out. Will be coming back regularly. read more

Ok listen. This is not massage envy. I paid $100 (which includes a $20 tip) for an amazing multi modality massage. My therapist Michelle was really kind and made me feel at ease. She worked out two knots - one that had just recently cropped up (likely from "sleeping funny") and one that had been hurting me for months and was so deep and painful, at times I could feel it just when taking a deep breath. Michelle resolved both knots in one appt, it's a month later and I'm still grateful! I keep bracing for pain from that one long term knot and it is just gone. The place is clean but not plush or fancy. There are no doors in the massage rooms, but curtains and partitions. I asked for deep pressure and I was sore the next two days. I had to say "ow" a few times (but she was super sweet and accommodating). The environment is okay but not 100% for relaxation. Still... I will absolutely return just for the affordability and relief! read more

My back and neck have pain so painful and out of whack for about 5 days. I decided to try this place due to its YELP reviews. It is in a strip mall. Parking is right out front. Amanda took me in as soon as I walked in the door. She then came in and gave me my massage. They include hot stones in any one hour massage. Amanda is little but mighty. It was one of the best massages I have ever had. She asked me nothing and I told her nothing and she knew exactly where my problem was and got to work. I called and was able to get an appointment within an hour. The lady (didn't catch her name) was very friendly, and was very thorough during my 90-minute deep tissue massage. A lot of times, arms and legs are ignored but she did an amazing job in those areas. This included hot stones and a warm towel to wipe the oils away afterward. Will definitely be back! read more

They should not be called good hands massage - they should be called GOD HANDS massage! No one's coming here for the ambience obviously, HOWEVER, this is the best massage I have ever gotten in my entire life and at a reasonable price. Their technique is insane. It felt like they were rolling my body with a rolling pin (in the best way), they hit pressure points I didn't even know existed, worked out all the kinks they found and cracked me in all the right places. My fiancé and I got a couples massage with hot stones, he got deep tissue and I got Swedish, and we both felt we were rubbed into another dimension. Update to my pervious review, so this was totally unexpected, but Dan the owner did reach out to me in regards to my experience with my massage. He did offer for me to come back and his wife or himself will give me another massage. I really did appreciate the effort to fix the problem, so I took him up on his offer and I went back today for another massage by Dan. Walking in, I was greeted by Dan, there was no awkwardness, he was very professional and nice. He took me into the massage room and we got started, I do prefer men masseurs, due to their heavier hand. As soon as he got started instantly I knew this was going to be a good massage, he may have gone above and beyond due to my previous post, but it didn't feel that way at all. He massaged and hit every inch of tension I had, the pressure was perfect, not painful at all, I felt so relaxed while getting the massage, he took his time, explained some of the techniques he was using along the way. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage very much! Like I said earlier, I really did appreciate him reaching out to me, that just shows he cares about his customers and will work with you to fix the issue, also would like people to return, today experience change my mind about returning, but I will only request Dan, I'm glad he was able to take a negative experience and make it positive! read more
