I was going there and went there for four months. I was getting a great messages everytime. I was not going to change and keep going there forever. The pictures do not look like the lobby it's changed and does not look the best but I'm not there for that. So I had gone a lot and I don't base performance with tips but I was told I can not come back because I started to tip less and less. Well I'm sorry but the price is set that's what I pay. I don't have to tip anything if I don't want to. I don't get tipped at my job. THE BEST massage! I have gone to many local places (Serenity Spa, Nuturing Touch for example) to get a massage. I had Claire as my masseur. She is very petite so I wasn't sure how this was going to go. But OMG she has the hand strength of Thor. I booked for a Swedish but when she started massaging my neck and shoulders she mentioned she was going to incorporate some deep tissue massage as I was very stiff. She knew exactly what my body needed and really got into my sciatic and shoulders. You know it's a good deep tissue when you feel tender in the areas the next day. So when they say deep tissue, it's DEEP tissue. Not going to lie, the decor is basic and nothing flashy but I wasn't going there for ambience. I would highly recommend. read more

I've been in need of a massage for some relaxation and self-care so decided to check out Harvest Moon Massage based off their good reviews. I was not disappointed! Booking an appointment was super easy online and you receive a reminder the day or two before. I opted for an hour deep tissue massage and it was money well spent. Claire was very good at communicating throughout to make sure the pressure was okay in the beginning and also to let me know when more pressure would be applied as the session went on. I also appreciated that she asked which areas I'd like to focus on, which was my lower back, but as she got into the massage, there was a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders that I didn't realize was there so she made sure to focus on those areas as well. She also made sure to talk to me about aftercare, noting to drink lots of water, take it easy, and take a warm bath if needed as I'd experience some soreness. Definitely left feeling very relaxed and plan to make appointments more often. Would for sure recommend if you're looking to decompress and treat yourself to a little bit of extra self-care. read more

Hands down BEST massage around town! HIDDEN GEM! I personally see Claire and let me tell you she's a tiny little thing but OMG does she have the strongest hands and I've had a 6'4 man give me a massage and he wasnt even as Strong as her! I have had tons of massages in my life and I have to say she's the only person who has ever been able to get the knots out of my neck and shoulders. It can be a bit uncomfortable when she really has to get in there but it's sooo worth it and if it's to much she eases up. I suffer from constant neck aches/headaches/ migraines and Claire's deep tissue massage really helps. My boyfriend goes to Doris and he loves her, she also does his deep tissue but she has a more gentle touch and he always feels much better after his massages with her! We have also done the cupping here with them as well and liked the feeling/results. Went to Harvest Moon Massage for the first time a couple weeks ago due to extreme back pain and joint pain in my shoulders and knees. I LOVE foot/leg massages BUT there are 2 things that are very important to me that will make or break my experience..#1 is I like a hard massage not a light, barely rubbing massage and #2 is I like it quite so I can just zone out w/my eyes closed (almost in a meditation state). I have been to several massage places around me but I never return for a second visit because it just wasn't "right" and if I get a massage it's a treat for myself and something I really look forward to. A few months ago I had plantar fasciitis or at least I thought I did. I was looking for a place that I could go to that would help me with my symptoms. I read some customer reviews that mentioned plantar fasciitis so I thought I would make an appointment but I wasn't very hopeful. My appointment was with Doris who I instantly liked. Doris is very soft-spoken but very knowledgeable on the body, muscles,tendons and ailments that go along with those. She could tell immediately that I did have plantar fasciitis. My first appointment we just did a foot massage and then I had three more appointments to do plantar fasciitis treatment. After my first treatment appointment I could not believe that I had NO pain when I walked out their front door. I felt so much better and my feet felt happy. I went once a week for three weeks and I am 90% healed. Of course I have to watch what shoes I wear and I try to soak my feet at least every other night (per Doris' recommendation) to loosen the tension in the tendons. The plantar fasciitis treatment is the same price as a foot massage. Very reasonably priced and I highly recommend. I am now going every other week for treatment/massage and I truly look forward to my appointment. Doris is incredible and I am very happy to have found her. read more

My wife and I have had countless massages, including about a dozen in Thailand and Cambodia and these ladies rival the best massages we've ever had. Most of the time when we say our backs are bad or necks are really sore etc. the massage ends up following a normal (scripted) routine with no extra effort put into the areas that are causing us pain. We did not need a "spa treatment" we needed help with pain in certain areas. What we both received was 90 minutes of almost all the time spent on the areas that we're hurting us(severe arthritis in my back from degenerative discs and sciatica and bad arthritis in my wife's neck etc.). It wasn't always the most pleasant at times but she did exactly what I asked for and what I needed. We are both already planning our trip back. We may get a gentler massage at some point but right now that is not what we need and finding a place that can do deep tissue and work in the specific areas that need it most, is amazing. read more
