One thing that I appreciated was that the person at the front desk called me ahead of my appointment and asked what kind of pressure I liked as it was my first time visiting. She said she wanted to ensure that I was matched with a staff member who would best fit my preferences to ensure I had a good experience. I don't think I've had that done before the actual appointment at any other place so that was thoughtful. They even offered to take me in earlier if I was available. Once I walked in, I could tell it would be relaxing as the environment was very quiet and peaceful. As soon as I was out in a room and ready for the massage, the staff made sure I was comfortable and asked if I had any areas I wanted them to focus on, to which I answered my lower back. I liked that they even checked in once they started applying more pressure to make sure it was okay. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and as someone who sometimes tenses up during massages because it's too much, was able to a actually relax during my appointment and even dosed off a little.
