They website is false advertising. They said they have armotherepy but they don't. when I arrived I asked for it and they said they don't have it.......umm ok. I go into the massage room and there is a clock there that you can hear the second hand ticking every SECOND! I asked her to either turn the music up a little or take the clock out because I already knew it would have gotten on my damn nerves! She gave me an attitude and was huffin and puffin so that lost a star there...actually 2 bcause who puts a clock that makes noise in a massage room when you are going to relax?! Massage was fine nothing special. They use lotion instead of baby oil or lotion with oils in it which I didn't like. Seemed like her hands weren't gliding as smoothly...so there goes another star. I started with a 1 hour foot massage which made me want to sleep, and finally when she transferred me to the room for the full body massage I did fall asleep! Randomly came here spur of the moment Saturday late afternoon with my mom at her suggestion. Parking wasn't bad. It's in downtown Hayward that has tons of free lots all over the place. The lady at the front desk was nice and the place was very clean and inviting. Nothing over the top but nice. They were able to take us both right away for 60 min massages. Soft music was playing throughout the building which was nice and relaxing. The rooms were clean and the linens smelled fresh. When the massage therapist came in she first asked how I'd like my massage, medium or deep. Strangely enough I've never been asked this before but it was pretty nice. I said medium and that a little deep was good. When she first started it seemed a little light so I asked if she could do a little deeper and she was nice and said no problem. The massage was good. Not the best I've ever had but definitely though not the worst. She was really good at doing hard pressure and working on my knots, and I loved how she really worked on my neck! As another reviewer mentioned though they use a lotion for the massage which was a little strange because it wasn't like the other stuff that other places I've been to use, I guess because it wasn't oil. It did smell good though. Also, as someone else mentioned there was a clock in the room that ticked but I actually didn't notice it until towards the end of the massage when the therapist asked me to turn over for a face massage and arm massage. My favorite part was the warm towel at the end which they use to massage and wipe away the lotions with. That was a nice touch. It's a pretty small place overall. While we were getting our massages I could hear when people came in through the front door and I could hear the people working there tell whoever came in that they were busy and told them it would be 20 min or 25 min... this happened 3 times while we were there. Honestly though it's something I would expect for the size of the place and for the price of the massage. When the massage was all over the massage therapist was out in the front with a cup of water waiting for me. Despite the downfalls I'd say it was a really decent/good massage for a good price, 1 hour for $40. For that price I can definitely say I will be coming back. read more

I normally just don't patronize them again but after two attempts to have services at this place, I've come to the conclusion I'm not their client demographic. After being told to wait for an hour the first time (I chose not to). I decided to give it another go. This time I was told to wait 10 minutes but they didn't want me to wait there so I went to get some tea and came back. I was told that I would need to wait another 20 minutes because a client extended their time. She didn't realize I had witnessed her take a older gentleman who was not there before into the massage room as I entered the door. For someone who loves to get foot massage like myself I know what to expect when I'm getting one. So I thought I would give this place a try. I came in asking for foot massage. The lady told me that it would be 10 minutes on body and 50 minutes on foot, it's the same as everywhere else would have done. While my foot were soaking in the tub, the lady massaged my neck and head. She seems to know what she was doing. Ok now the foot massage began and she went to put her glove on. Wth???? Really???? How can a person massage with that on? Let me tell you, I can feel the burn rubbing my skin even though she applied lotion on now and then. If she feels that foot are discuss to her then she shouldn't have except doing foot massage. My foot are clean and not dry and rough. This is the first time I ever seen this. I will never come back here even if it's free. By the way she doesn't know how to massage my foot. This place is a must after a long week at work. An hour massage is roughly $60-$70 with tip ...depends how generous of a tipper you are:) The place is clean and relaxing. I doze off and feel recharged each time. Make sure you call ahead as they can be busy with just 2-3 therapists working at any given time. read more
