I have a 6-year-old daughter with ADHD who struggles with sitting still, and the staff truly went above and beyond to focus on her specific needs. They catered to the way she best accepts treatment and made the entire experience smooth and comfortable for her. My 5-year-old also needed extensive dental work, including two extractions. Dr. Rabbi really prioritizes the big picture--he carefully explained all options and ultimately recommended sedation so the work could be done without traumatizing her. That level of thoughtfulness and care meant everything to us as parents. From scheduling to prioritizing my children's needs, to the aftercare, everything was excellent. The office is clean, welcoming, and we've honestly never experienced this level of compassionate treatment anywhere else. At first I was concerned that it would be a bit more of a corporate or chain like atmosphere by being at the mall, but it is warm and welcoming. I have an (almost) 11 year old and a very nervous 7 year old. She did great with the 11 year old when he needed to have a tooth extracted. Yesterday, my daughter was excited for her dental appointment, but after being treated by a…read moredifferent provider for the second time, I have decided that we will not be returning to this office. My daughter had a very traumatic experience. There was another provider present in the room during the procedure who witnessed everything that occurred. The provider began the procedure before the sedation and numbing medication appeared to have taken full effect. My daughter was screaming, crying, and repeatedly indicated that she could feel everything and in pain. Throughout the procedure, she also appeared to be choking and struggling to breathe. Despite this, the provider continued trying to work in her mouth while the mouth prop remained in place. I had to ask the provider to remove the mouth prop so my daughter could breathe and spit out what was in her mouth. The provider asked whether my daughter had eaten within six hours of the appointment, and I confirmed that she had not. I also explained that during her previous sedation appointment, it had taken longer than expected for the sedation to take effect. Instead of stopping the procedure to ensure my daughter was comfortable and adequately sedated, the provider only tilted her head and used the suction while my daughter continued screaming and crying. When the procedure was finally over and my daughter got off the treatment board, she had urinated on herself. She was extremely upset and told me she never wants to return to this dentist again. As a parent, it was heartbreaking to watch my daughter go through this. I am deeply concerned about how her pain and distress were handled during the procedure. I hope this experience is taken seriously so that no other child has to endure the same treatment.

Check your bills closely--this office is pocketing FALSE fees…read more I liked this place for their service, but they have repeatedly tried to overcharge us. Both my husband and I were asked to pay a $50 insurence "deposit" before standard cleanings. I have never been charged this so I contacted Delta Dental who explicitly confirmed to me that this is against their policy. Cleaning are always free - you should only pay deposits for other extra services after you get them. They also sneak in a $25 fluoride treatment without permission (which isn't covered by adult insurance). Fluoride is a treatment that legally requires patient permission. Even after explicitly declining it for my second visit and having it noted on my chart, they still billed me for it. Getting my refunds took weeks of annoying phone calls. On top of that, they never honored a promised $50 referral bonus, ghosting me whenever I brought it up. I won't be returning; a patient shouldn't have to constantly police their dentist's shady billing tactics.
