I always enjoy coming to Lollipop dental Long Beach. It's convenient, fast and very friendly service. I originally would travel all the way to Yorba Linda because the service was so good. I was overjoyed when they opened a lollipop dental in my neighborhood. They always make my kiddos feel at ease and very fun experience for them. The staff is always sweet especially Christina, Kat and Zoraida that made sure we were well taken care of and went above and beyond and showed my son the fun in flossing. He loved his Pokémon toothbrush especially since that is his favorite right now; was excited to try it once he got home. The only thing that makes sense with this location is the fact that is a franchise but other than that I'm not sure how this place is still standing. My oldest daughter had an Ortho consult in March checked in, paid the deposit made the follow up appointment for the removal of old hardware that was a problem because they wanted me me to make 2 separate appointments for 1 for the removal and 1 for the placement of new hardware did not make any sense let's get it all done in one stop!! After a little pushback we made the appointment for April for the removal of old hardware and placement of new hardware. We get to the appointment and now they can't verify insurance also my child needs and generalist to examine before coming in. But this after the deposit has been paid and my child has been without her old hardware now for 3weeks. So now we're at a crossroads why wasn't this explained during the consult let me add I did all the ground work for verifying insurance with no follow up from Lollipop dental - Long Beach. before rescheduling for 2nd time I spoke with reception and requested a stop payment or a hold on all payments until services begin because it seems like we won't receive treatment until who knows when. I was assured that the hold on all payments was issued nothing has been sent in writing AT ALL!! I got a call another month later from a call center lollipop agent asking if I can pay for the hardware my daughter received only problem is the only thing that was done was the removal of her old hardware!!! In outrage I was over it you're asking for more money when not even the bare minimum was done It has now been 2 1/2 months with not 1 positive moment but I am out of my deposit money and they did not follow through with the stop payment I was the monthly cost 06/01/2025 around 6am so not only was I robbed but I was lied to MULTIPLE TIMES. So please when you see this place always have a full tank of gas and just KEEP GOING P.S Lollipop dental - Long Beach funny thing I wouldn't have gotten a call back if I did not go to up to Lollipop dental - Cerritos ( Long Beach is not open on Monday's no matter what their website says) again for the most part I feel threatened and harassed this is beyond unacceptable. read more
