I can't say enough great things about Dr. Rabbi and the entire staff. They are extremely willing, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have a 6-year-old daughter with ADHD who struggles with sitting still, and the staff truly went above and beyond to focus on her specific needs. They catered to the way she best accepts treatment and made the entire experience smooth and comfortable for her. My 5-year-old also needed extensive dental work, including two extractions. Dr. Rabbi really prioritizes the big picture--he carefully explained all options and ultimately recommended sedation so the work could be done without traumatizing her. That level of thoughtfulness and care meant everything to us as parents. From scheduling to prioritizing my children's needs, to the aftercare, everything was excellent. The office is clean, welcoming, and we've honestly never experienced this level of compassionate treatment anywhere else. My kids 9 and 3 at the moment started going here last year. I was prettified for my 3 year old. This was his first dental visit and he never did great at the drs. I was shocked at how well he did from his x rays to his cleaning! Btw no cavities!! Also he did amazing at his next cleaning. My 9 yeah old always did good. The staff is amazing! Super informative. Since the first day I walked in to check if they would take my daughters insurance the staff was super attentive and nice. John helped me very quickly to set everything up, unexpectedly my daughter was seen that same day. My daughter is Autistic and all the staff members were very friendly and gentle with her. Which was my only concern since she had never been to the dentist due to her fear and her autism. Dr.Rabii is very attentive to his patients he's super nice and very transparent. He was able to give an answer to almost every question we had in regards to services for our child. The Dr and staff was amazing during cleaning . They tried to comfort us and our kiddo throughout the entire appointment. I took in my 2 and 8 year old for their appointments today and everyone was super sweet, encouraging to the kids, and professional - from the receptionist to the assistants to the doctor. The wait time was minimal and their advice and recommendations seemed reasonable and honest, which I really appreciated. It was a first-time visit for my 2 year old and the Dr. was really kind and quick and it was a huge relief to finish up the exam and cleaning so quickly. My 8 year old is super traumatized from a bad experience at a previous dentist and everyone at Socal Kidz seemed genuinely interested in helping heal the past trauma. First time here for both of my girls and they both loved it. The service is great. Dr. Rabii is great with kids and his assistant as well. They were very welcoming. I like how they kept me informed about my girls teeth and how they answered my questions. They aren't like other places that they tell you your child needs so much work done.
