The young woman who checked asked us in wasn't able to find our appointments on the schedule and asked us to wait while she retrieved the spa supervisor to see what they could work out. I wasn't optimistic at this point as they only have 2 pedicure stations and a guest had just gone back for her 1:00 p.m. pedicure. She went back and forth a few times to confer with the spa manager who finally arrived, acting put-out, and quizzed me about how I had made the appointment (by phone 3 days before the appointment), whether or not I had received an email confirmation (I had not and, to be fair, should have been concerned about that). Then the spa supervisor indignantly told me that there was "no way" my appointments could have been made by Sagestone's staff because the guest who had just gone back for her 1:00 p.m. appointment had booked her appointment on June 28th. As if I was lying to her? Then she placed blame on me for not being suspicious about no email confirmation. Again, my mistake; and honestly, I wasn't really upset about the mix-up until the spa manager came out and was so hostile to us. In the end they offered us separately booked appointments for later in the day, which after the way the supervisor had treated us, we refused. I get that mistakes happen yada yada but when they do the staff should at least be polite - ESPECIALLY someone in a management position. I was pretty shocked by the way we were treated today. I won't be back. Ever.
