WOW!!! Ana is amazing. I've been searching for a salon that meets my high standards and Ana checked all my boxes with an amazing dip manicure. She was precise and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. She trimmed my cuticles, which not many places will do now, and she gave me a hand massage at the end. Not to mention she is absolutely adorable and so easy to talk to. I've been trying to find a good salon since I am new to the area and was beginning to lose hope but I will 100% be coming back here. I can't even describe how bad this was. I do not want to talk bad about the lady that was working there but I can't let anyone else actually pay for this service . My sister and daughters went to get mani/pedis here and it was dirty with no sanitation. There was no music and very quiet and dark..like no lights and no one else was there. I'm not really sure the lady that did my manicure was licensed or had ever even done nails. The "manicure" was worse than what a 5 year old would do...no exaggeration! This place is horrible. I wanted them to be longer and coffin shaped. She was going to charge me $20 just to shape them like that. $15 for gel polish. Horribly uneven, thick as all get out. I just can't believe it. The worst experience I've ever had in my life at a "nail salon". And then, when I was giving her my card to pay she had the audacity to ASK ME IF I HAD CASH TO TIP OR IF I WANTED TO PUT IT ON MY CARD. I should have known as soon as I walked in that I needed to leave. I now have to go to another shop to have them fixed. 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND EVER. read more

Ana gave me a shellac manicure. She did a wonderful job. She trimmed my cuticles and had a few techniques that should keep the polish from lifting. It's been over a week and still great! Lisa did my pedicure and did a great job as well. They have good hygiene protocols in place and I did not feel rushed. I will definitely return when in the area again. read more

I'm talking a three tear old could do better acrylic nails than this. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I came here bc I needed a full set while on vacation. I called at 7:30 on a Thursday bc the website said they closed at 8:00. The woman that answered told me to come on and she'd do my nails. When I got there she was only employee there. She as between 55-65 years old. She was very nice and friendly but she did a poor job on my nails. She kept burning me with the drill bc she'd leave it in one spot too long. She also cut my nails with scissors which I hate! She almost snipped my finger tip. I don't know why nail salons use scissors instead of the nail clipper where you slide the nail in and squeeze the handle. She put the gel on way too thick. She left gel all under my nails. She never drilled the excess gel out from under my nails. I tried to scratch it out from under my nail when I got home and I broke the nail. I have bubbles all in my nails as well. The shape of my nails is all uneven. The gel is not smoothed out either. She filed the top of nails with an emory board instead of a block! I would never ever go back here in a million years. I have been getting my nails done here for over 2 years. I tried other salons when I moved here, but the gel polish didn't even stay on for one week. My manicure here lasts me well over a month. I guess they wait around for the "leftovers" and we were in the "Togo box" for sure. I really don't know what to say. Do not expect a massage if any sort. Don't expect hot towel wraps. I wish I would have read Sarah's review before I went. Terrible experience. For the pedicure, the guy didn't use cuticle clippers but the acrylic file and took a chunk out of my toe and acted like he didn't see it bleeding. Painting my toenails, he couldn't stay within the toenail and had to go back around with fingernail polish remover....even on the toe that he had taken a chunk out of. I had eyebrow wax and the women tweezed afterwards and pulled skin out with hair. Don't make my mistake and go to this place. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would that's how awful this place is. I stopped in here while i was on vacation and needed a fill-in and this place is dirty and under staffed with only the owner doing nails. She was very rough with my nails cut my cuticle twice with the nail buffer and burned my finger. This place is definitely over priced as well, priced for the location but definitely not the service. My sister and I came to get her nails filled in and a pedi and my sisters nails turned yellow after the fill in we are back to have them taken off and my sister is in a lot of pain because the lady is just pulling the off.
