I went to the facility this morning to see my baby. She had been carefully arranged with her little paws folded on her chest, and her eyes were nearly closed. She looked as if she were fast asleep. Her private service was that - absolutely private. I got her paw print this morning; I picked up her ashes five hours later. I hope I don't need to use Emerson's services for another decade or more. I'm sure the groomer has had trouble grooming him because of his age, which is understandable. However, the last time I brought him, I thought everything was normal and it wasn't. I got the call, like usual, that he was ready to go. So, I drive up there, walk in and see him sitting there. Everything seemed normal, the groomer ran my card and I go to get my dog but he won't get up. She then finally says, "he's been like that since his bath". Now I don't blame them or think that they purposely hurt him, but what made me mad was that it was never mentioned to me till I tried to get him to walk with me. Why wouldn't they say something over the phone or even while I'm checking out? Makes me feel like they were trying to hide it. One lady ended up helping me carry my dog to the car, and I ran him to the vet. I think they just wanted him out cause I barely saw any concern for him from them. He's better now and it probably was just his old bones he was having trouble with but I feel like they were trying to deceive me by not saying anything. I won't bring him back there again, and I am so disappointed because I did like this place and have referred people to them. Anyhow, I've learned my lesson and will now ask if a groomer has experience with older dogs because this place does not seem to.

Wagbnb booked her into a spacious suite at a moment's notice, sent lots of photos and videos of my puppy's stay, and made sure she was comfortable and safe. When my puppy was a bit too nervous for playgroup, staff immediately contacted me and arranged to do individual play with my puppy instead. Staff puts dogs' safety first. Puppy came home without being overtired, hungry, or thirsty. I rarely board my pets. When I do, Wag is the only place in town that I trust.

I called every day and my dogs were having a great time. The grounds and beds were immaculately clean. Everyone there treated our very needy bird dogs like family and they were well adjusted and well cared for. When you drive up to the kennels, it looks like a camp for dogs - beautiful trees, sculptures and buildings. They get to stay inside and play outside. I will never take them anywhere but Blue Sky.

Regarding my statement about what happens before your eyes that no-one can change ... After checking my front video camera, well, it also does not lie on it's videos and snapshots. As we could see my dog is NOT panting when she is taken out of my home on the questionable grooming day to your van to be groomed Furry Land. And she IS also Panting with her tongue hanging out when she is brought back to my front door which is a few short steps from your van. So to you and your groomer ~ the proof is in the pudding there. And to the owners added reply to the first reply on yelp regarding pricing discrepancy not being retaliation, guess that's why it was not ever brought up to me before my complaint that there was an issue. The appointment date you said was never changed, well, it quite frankly was by you because you had 2 new dogs/customers that you changed my appointment for. The updated arrival time you say was confirmed by me was Not confirmed by me. I did Not receive one. P.S. I put 1 star because I had to put at least 1, but truthfully after the untruthful statements on your reply it was very difficult to put that 1 star. Okay now I am done
