I understand that this happens sometimes but I find several pieces in every package to the point that I only serve this to my household. It's really disappointing and makes you lose your appetite. There are other things that I appreciated though. The sausage has been really good and I really like how they package the ground meat into vacuum sealed bags rather than the traditional packaging. As others have said before, processing times can be longer during peak season. We probably won't use this packager again though. It's too costly to have a repeat.
