I went in here today, my partner surprised me by stopping here to pick out a new vibrator. I was really excited the store had really good vibes, a good selection, the person working was friendly and helpful. I picked out a vibrator it was the last of its kind on the shelf. The package was sort of damaged but I didn't think about it. I got to the car and opened up my new toy..and it had obviously been opened. There was dirt and pubes (several colors) on the vibrator. It also seemed that some of the packaging was missing. I went right back in the person was horrified and offered an exchange/refund. I got my money back but declined an exchange because I was super skeeved out.. Idk what the deal was and I'm not necessarily blaming them but for someone who really struggles to be sex positive its not a great experience. read more

Good lord where do I begin. I have never been treated so poorly during what is frankly a very vulnerable shopping experience. I entered the shop looking for something to spice up my partner and my's love life and saw the women at the counter talking between themselves. This is to be expected as there was nobody in the store, so I went to the back corner to peruse their selection. I had several questions as I am a bit vanilla in the bed room so I went to ask one of the women for help. "Um... Excuse me" I said, a little bashful and was ignored while she continued talking to the other. I went back to perusing for another couple of minutes waiting for a natural break in the conversation to try again. "Hey, I have some questions" I tried again. This time she, reluctantly broke away from her conversation, rolled her eyes at me and said in the driest, most exasperated way possible "Yes? How can I help you?". It was clear she felt me being there was a chore, but I asked my questions. With each question asked she smirked and giggled a little at me. I finally left the store out of embarrassment without buying anything. My recommendation is stick to online stores because this place has no Good public Relations. read more

I'm giving Good Relations 5 stars simply because It's the best (and only) classier, upscale adult store for hundreds of miles. It has great DVDs, toys, gear, lingerie, oils... I could go on. The store is really oriented toward women and couples, which gives it a great selection of quality things and makes it much more comfortable. Went in yesterday with a friend. Had a decent time. pretty sad it was tainted by a couple of ladies that worked there. There was a pair of green pants hanging on a rack near where i stood and the ladies where standing in front of them. One commented that they were probably from Mexico and the other chimed in "Everythings from Mexico" with her valley girl accent and proceeds to talk about what they are planning to wear to the next festival. I felt pretty uncomfortable seeing I am half Mexican and was not sure if they meant it as a jab at me. I did go to the counter with quit a few items to purchase. The first lady did not ask me if i was in their system. After I paid I found a book and returned to the counter to purchase it. Next person to ring me up asked and I gave my name and number but when my friend made her purchase she was told there were rewards that every purchase went towards so I wanted to ask if my first purchase was counted and kindah got a quick "yeah, i got that". she didnt even let me explain that i had purchased $60 in a previous purchase. i dont know. I'm kindah disapointed because i feel uncomfortable returning now.........honestly the owner could use a more professional staff and possible some diversity training.
