Most of the staff were very accommodating. However, because the doctor and nurse practitioner were unwilling to adjust his medication when he needed it, my husband has been hospitalized for a week. He developed huge water blisters and sores on his legs as a result of their negligence. At one time, he was left on the toilet for so long and the nurse did not respond to the call light, so he had to get up himself. There was constant urine on the bathroom floor because the equipment was old and inadequate. Many times there was noone in the halls or at the nurses station through the day. Wait times for a response to a call button many times exceeded an hour. It is only pure luck that he did not fall again undertheir poor care. The facility is old and outdated. The phone didn't work properly due to being old and dropped so many times. I had to bring in many things from home because they provided a bed and old nightstand period. We chose this place because we were told it was a 5 star facility with a doctor and nurse practitioner 7days a week. There was no doctor or nurse practitioner on site on the weekends. Be very careful if you place a loved one here. The staff is friendly and seem caring, but when you need real medical help, the doctor and nurse practitioner make the decisions. In my husband's case, their negligence caused him a week in the hospital.

I took my son River to her at 3 months old for infant torticollis and after only three visits (1 hour each) his neck was in alignment and no longer tilting to one side. His tummy time has improved so much and his neck seems so much stronger and he is happier and more relaxed. I would recommend all moms of newborns come see Dr. Hart for this very gentle massage-like therapy to release any tightness their infant probably is carrying around in their neck from birth. He finds out about the type of work you do, activities you've been involved in, if you've have past problems similar. He's good at helping get a plan of action tailored to your specific needs to help either keep from making the problem worse or help make it better including gentle stretch moves using bands or your own body weight. He helps you localize the stretch and In some cases its about finding ways to give you relief throughout the day so you can carry on doing your regular duties. Overall he plants the seed of information in your head so when the therapy appointments end, you can continue on with the plan of action and help build on to what he's shown you in the clinical setting. He wants everyone to have a quality life by minimizing pain and taking care of the hips, and back which are key for any kind of activity. They can make better money in a place that's a lot less chaotic than here!! But they don't, they show us how much they belong here as well as much as we belong here. It was easy to enroll and I was seen immediately, the same happened a year later when I came back for treatment. They have several treatment options and also do pain management. There are groups daily and there's also the Neighborhood Clinic down the road. They do everything to make failure not be an option. These people don't give up on you!!! There's a Peer Navigator who I absolutely adore. (She only wears Chucks and Docs) Out of everyone here, she is the ONLY person who's asked me what name I like to go by. That meant the world!! thanks J!! This place is different and it works!! They also have a system where you get paid to do tasks and come to meet with your counselor. I've made $230 since September. I always hated going to PT to just get pushed thru exercises and sent home with rubber bands. These ladies treat the body as a whole, using all sorts of awesome modalities like Craniosacral and Bowen (NST), as well as traditional PT methods. I tend to hurt myself a lot, so I plan on coming here forever!
