For a package that weighs far less than a pound (was a three small brooches and two stick pins, probably between 6-8 oz all boxed up) I was charged over $40?!?! This package would cost around $5 to ship anywhere and at most $3-4 for packing materials, the price I was charged is completely outrageous! This on top of an already pretty high buyer's premium at 18%. Would not recommend to my worst enemy, Scheerer McCulloch Auctioneers should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

They assured me my items would bring me good money and they told me I could go through my items before they were sold so I did. She would not let me have some of my most expensive items (Capidomonte), (Waterford Crystal) etc. Then when I went to get my check the owner changed the commission rate! I could not find the contract at that time as I was in between houses. I got a lousy 1,327.87. That's it for beautiful antique furniture and collectibles. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUCTION SERVICE. Dishonest X-husband and X-wife so called team! They also charged me a 300. Pick up fee of my items. I just decided to put this on yelp because I ran across the paperwork today.

We've contacted them several times so the problem has been brought to their attention and still nothing's been done. When you call to see what's going on the lady on the phone seems very irritated. I called around to different auctioneers to see if it was normal to take so long to be paid what one of them told me was that Indiana has a statute saying the auctioneers have to pay you within 30 days of the sale and if that doesn't happen then you should probably file a formal complaint with the attorney general. Sooooooo.....there are other auctioneers here in town I dobt know anything about them but I do know you prbably dont want these people to sell anything for you.

We did not purchase our home through this agency, nor did we sell a property. However, my childhood…read morehome is now back on the market. When I saw the updates on the listing, it was bittersweet. Lundquist Realty are now selling that property. They were sure to list many of the changes, updates and repairs that were needed for the home. Being as I lived in that home almost 15 years, I know many of the repairs which still needed to be made and those which were kept up on regularly. I suppose it was my mistake, however, I chose to make a comment on a Facebook posting advertising this property. Being a new homeowner myself and extensively learned the in's & out's of purchasing a new home, I had advised there were no mention of repairs made to the floors and crawlspace areas on the south end of the home. I know how exciting, scary and unknown it can be when searching for the perfect home. There is a lot of pressure to ensure such a large investment is the right choice. Upon posting my very informed information, Judy Lundquist decided it would be a great place to personally attack an individual who lived in that home and completely downplay the information. It was extremely unprofessional. I could not imagine an individual being in the profession that long would be so absolutely disrespectful and go the extra mile to say another person was "stupid". If the repairs had been made, a simple comment advising such would have been more than enough to appease the concern of not only a previous tenant but also any perspective buyers. I am extremely thankful my buying experience was not with this company. I could not imagine working with or supporting a business who lacks all sense of professionalism. I will say, it was just one individual who made such a lasting and disgusting impression so I would certainly hope she does not represent the entire company or staff. I continue to have deep connections, family, friends and professional relations in the Wabash area...I will recommend any potential buyers to bypass this company. I hope the home sells quickly. It is a beautiful home and a great place for children. Maybe the next owner will purchase through someone other than Lundquist Realty, this is my hope.
