But more recently I went in with a wiring issue for a DIY powerbank project involving a 12 V marine battery, and without hesitation, they helped me build the wiring harness - at no cost. I bought an auto starter from Good Vibrations many years ago like maybe 10 years ago? When it went funky, I went back to Good Vibrations to find a new owner with better than ever service. New owner Mike is a treasure. He was so kind to help me out, which went way beyond getting the auto starter reprogrammed. It turns out that the auto starter was good just my ignition cylinder was bad, very bad. Instead of having me go to the dealer and having to pay lots of money -- The part alone was $370 -- and probably have to wait weeks for a part -- he was kind enough to fix it and charge the bare minimum. His warm heart and good service is priceless in my book. He spent a lot of time on it and didn't even charge me for reprogramming the auto starter. Saved up for 2 years bought all my audio equipment from them had it installed only to have my subwoofer blow twice that being said after the first time the subwoofer blew the first time the settings on the amp were covered up by the employees when I asked if they were covered up I didn't not get answer just excuses. I took my car in to these guys to get subs installed and a few weeks later it stopped working, I was not very happy at first, but when I took it back and they looked at it it became apparent that it was not their fault, like any product these days, manufacturing can go wrong, and I had a lemon. What earns these guys a 5 star rating is that they made it right, and gave me a new one, I'm sure some other shops would try to make me pay for a new one. read more

Chet and Dustin are top notch. The guys will go out of their way to make sure what you need is done right and will fix it no charge if something happens. I've been coming here since 2009 and NEVER have I ever left not satisfied. I trust them to do everything for my car. Doesn't matter if it's installing a new sub box and transferring my woofer from one box to another or simply plugging in the wires I don;t know how to do. My girlfriend and I have a sweet 1984 Ford Econoline Camper Van which was in desperate need of a new music box. Worst experience and craftsmanship. I will never take my vehicle there again. They "installed" door speakers and a sub in my truck and when I got home they didn't screw down the sub and the cables ripped out the side because it slid across my floor. They mounted my amp backwards with cables out towards your feet. Becomin a problem ever time someone gets in. Two days after I got my truck back the left door speaker blew........they said because I was using an auxiliary input from my phone and it was my fault it blew. Don't know how it's my fault considering it's a stock gmc deck putting out near to zero watts. I finally got them to replace he speaker under warrantee. Week after it was replaced the other door speaker went out. I am not even gonna go deal with them again I am gonna pay a real installation company to fix all their mess ups! Oh forgot, I also had to get my sub rewired because they wired it as a single coil when it was a duel coil! Good thing that didn't blow!!! read more
