Since you pay by the hour, I didn't like losing time setting up the computer, getting interrupted by an employee trying to sell me a membership while I was about to take a swing, and having pop-up ads appear on the screen while we were playing. I understand the employees are just doing their jobs, but I think memberships should be discussed when checking in, not during time that customers are paying to play. I also noticed the menu had changed and some of the shareable foods I enjoyed in the past were gone, so we just had a drink and went somewhere else for brunch.
