As wings have grown in popularity over the years , many restaurants have put their own individual stamp on what constitutes a great wing . To me , it's the aroma that oftentimes will hit you first and whet your appetite for what you are about to consume . Buffalo Wild Wings has about 26 different sauces and rubs . There's something for every palate . But importantly , the wings are consistent and flavorful . This location does a great job . Mike is one of the managers there with a ton of restaurant experience and keeps the place humming . Samantha behind the bar is friendly , attentive , and always has a smile on her face . The wings are always good , there's a crazy amount of beers on tap , in short it's a terrific place to unwind and watch a game . I have one axe to grind with Buffalo Wild Wings everywhere . To go CONTAINERS . Smaller orders are placed in square thin cardboard containers . Between the heat and the steam , that container will be a soggy mess by the time it arrives at your house . I was on my own for dinner tonight and I had 6 free wings for my birthday. I didn't want to sit in so I ordered take-out. There is a small take out fee. I ordered garlic Parmesan boneless wings and fried pickles. The garlic parm wings definitely needed more sauce. Haven't been at a BWW in years. If you need a meal, you don't mind wings, come on a Thursday for orders of buy one, get one (max order 15 boneless wings and get 15 boneless wings for free) boneless wings. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes during prime time. You need to ask for carrots and celery if you want. Even with 1 lemonade, the meal came out to be less than $30. Not a bad night out. We got buffalo ranch (spicy), honey garlic (my favorite), and buffalo BBQ (typical) sauces. The server came and checked on us though we were so full and thank goodness didn't order any additional food. Plenty of TVs to check out all the sports playing that day. Simple meal but filling. Placed a order online which said pick up will be ready at 6:40pm. Arrived on time and the girl said they were a little backed up. So I figured maybe another 10-15 mins longer. No big deal. 35 mins later and a persons who's order was ready at 6:50 got hers before me. When I questioned the manager he announced that they had a new system which is why it's so backed up. He then takes my name and goes to the back. People who were there long after me were getting their food. So now 50 minutes still waiting and the manager tells me he can't find my ticket. Firstly, the thing that drew me here after many years of hiatus from BWW was my coworker talking about BOGO boneless wings on Thursdays. My gf and I got 30 each for the price of 15 (so we could bring a meal home for the next day). The sauces are delicious, especially after you find what you love. My personal favorites are Asian Zing and Classic Buffalo! The service was speedy, waitress was attentive, and I'm sure the kitchen is expecting to dish out wings quick. The food came only 5 minutes after ordering. The place seemed relatively clean as far as sports bars go. It's a great idea to go on a Thursday to watch a game and get a deal on some wings! I really like BWW but the management of this particular location has really fallen down. Ordered simple order of ten wings at 5 pm for pickup at 710 pm. Arrived at 710 pm to total bedlam akin to the rush for lifeboats on the Titanic. Well over a dozen people waiting for orders some of which were placed six and six and a half hours earlier in the day to avoid exactly this kind of mess. And after 20 minutes and a half dozen door dash orders being fulfilled it was clear that unless you worked for door dash you were going to be waiting. The worst part was No apologies. No explanation. No estimates for how long it would take and when I cancelled my order I was told I would get a refund in my credit card on 3-5 days. read more

I don't know what's up with all the bad reviews. My food and service were great! I know it's just wings but they were saucy and well done as I requested. Usually when I say well don't I don't get crispy wings with tender meat. Other places will give dried jerky wings but BWW gets it. I love the garlic parm and the mango habanero together it's a good combo of flavors. Plus I get the sour cream wedges well done and they are tasty crisp outside with soft potato in middle. They offer blue cheese or ranch but u can really get any wing sauce on side. It also comes with celery which makes the meal feel slightly healthy lol I like cocktails, today I had the knock out punch which was sweet but u feel the alcohol lol My server Marisa was amazing , she gave me lunch special so my wedges ended up being free. On 7/8/19 I ordered a take out order from Buffalo Wild Wings in Centereach which included a grilled chicken salad. When I got home I discovered the lettuce was bad and brown. I immediately called the store and spoke to a manager named Tyler and I requested a refund on my credit card. He refused to issue me a refund and said the general manager has to do it, but he was unavailable. He said maybe in a few days someone may contact me. I don't know who the "hostess" the girl with the iPad name was but that date was Thursday July 7th around 7pm . We walked in gave the girl our name , she never asked us for our number and told us it would be a half hour . We went to go sit in our car for 15 min came back in and now the "manager" had the iPad and said our name wasn't on there . This is a pretty easy review for me for this BWW location. Reason why I enjoy BWW is because they seem to always have some sort of deal going on. It could be something like lowered priced on select beers, Or BOGO on the wings. It honestly all depends on which day you dine there. If you've never been to a BWW then you sort of are missing out, only because the amount of TV's that are in there are insane. So if you're unable to watch your team's game for whatever reason, chances are BWW can provide. The food here isn't terrible. I mean, obviously mostly come for the wings.
