They took the time to explain where they were at in the process anytime my wife or I would walk out to look, trying not to disturb them. At the end of each workday, they ensured that our home was clean from construction debris regardless of us letting them know they did not need to. The installers arrived on time, installed the windows but left goo on the window frames. 1 month later we had strong winds, and a window cracked because the glass tension in the frame was too rigid. We contacted them right away, were told they would schedule us for the next time they were in our area, but we did not hear back when they would return. I arrived home several weeks later to a note on my door "sorry we missed you." I immediately called, the crew were no longer in the area but was able to get an appointment 3 months later. The day of the appointment they called stating they had to reschedule but didn't have the when just yet. I called them back another week later, to find out we are another 2 weeks out. Will they show up, unknown at this point. I do NOT recommend this company.

Not a problem in LA, but Fresno CHP have nothing better to do than write fix-it tickets for Window tint. My biggest concern was that the company began tearing off my roof before obtaining the required city permit. I wasn't informed until after the roof had already been removed. When the city questioned my patio cover, I had to work directly with them to prove it was part of the home's original construction. The job site was also poorly managed. During demolition, the crew covered my jet ski with roofing debris and staples instead of simply asking me to move it. Communication was lacking throughout the project, and there was very little supervision. The crew also damaged my patio cover during demolition. The contractor claimed it was pre-existing due to dry rot, despite previous repairs and the city's only requirement being replacement of one small section. That section was left unfinished, and I was asked to pay a change order to have it painted, as well as another change order to repair the patio cover damage. For the premium price I paid, I expected professionalism, accountability, and quality customer service. Instead, I experienced permitting issues, property damage, poor communication, and repeated requests for additional charges. A friend recently asked me for a roofing recommendation. Had my experience been positive, Magellan's Roofing would have earned that referral. Instead, I recommended looking elsewhere

Because of my busy work schedule, I wasn't able to thoroughly inspect the fence before signing off. Once I finally did, I noticed several issues, including large and uneven gaps between the pickets, one broken picket that wasn't properly nailed in, and another that was bent at the top. I contacted Juan, and to his credit, he had the crew return to replace the broken and bent pickets. However, he never addressed my concerns about the large gaps in the fence. This is supposed to be a privacy fence, yet I can clearly see into my neighbor's yard when standing near it, which defeats its purpose. I reached out again regarding the gaps. Juan responded that he would let me know the next steps. Instead, he later sent me photos of someone else's backyard and tried to use those pictures to explain why the gaps were normal. Those photos were not of my property. I understand that wood naturally shrinks as it dries, but the gaps on my fence were already significant, and this was less than a month after installation. Rather than addressing my concerns or offering a reasonable solution, they chose to make excuses and use photos from another project to support their position. I've spent weeks going back and forth trying to resolve this issue, and it's been incredibly frustrating. I expected better communication, honesty, and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend this company.

In addition to the good deed, I created 2 new line cracks off one of the chipped spots. I took a chance with Alex's mobile service after speaking with him on the phone. He surprised me by saying that he already had a new windshield for the Insight. He told me that the hairline cracks may not grow and I might luck out for the life of the car (or me). I chose to replace it as I like to keep our automobiles in good condition always. He arrived in his professional, clean, and big van and got to work.
