We had purchased an old house that needed new windows bad. When we were fishing around for service providers, we knew immediately that Premier Windows & Doors was the best provider to go with because Jeff was very knowledgable about all the different options, honest about what could be done with our house, and it meant a lot to us that he and his crew were locals. We were very happy with the replacement options and the prices. Everyone from the company was very professional and legit with the paperwork. We even got text messages for when the crews were arriving. The crew arrived on time, worked hard, installed the windows without a fuss, and cleaned up the mess. No problems at all considering that it was an old house with wonky window frames. We have been very happy with the windows we got. We are very happy with our windows and the whole process. Pricing and quality of windows was very good. We were happy with the trim color recommendations. The install process went very well. The crew was there on time, they worked very hard all day and completed the whole job. Some of my windows were quite large, it was not an easy install. They were very friendly and answered any questions my overly curious self had to ask. When it was all said and done, the finish work was very clean. I am a very picky person on finish work and I had no complaints. They also did a very good job and cleaning up after themselves. 1: incorrect order 2: mess left behind took 2 hours to clean up 3:materials were damaged in load and unload process. I still have ring video of the dropping and dragging them. They denied it. 4: license states no employees and therefor exempt from workman's comp- but he had people there working on the house- violation is California State License Board, have video of them as well- and he stated they aren't employees 5: as they "aren't employees" of his company- warranty is void. 6: Had Jeff out to see issues- he refused to do anything. Called him about incorrect order- he said well the windows are in and they work so that's that. 7: Each time they came out things got worse and given each issue was met with refusal to acknowledge and address- and then I caught him in multiple lies about why things were wrong- I no longer trusted them and did not want any further damage to my home. I asked for time to find a solution on my own and he yelled threatened and belittled me till I finally just told him I'm sorry but I have to hang up now. Then he served me with a lien. 8: when I filed complaint with BBB he tried bullying me into removing it 9: Site says they accept all major cards- but then he says CASH ONLY, for tax purposes- (to evade taxation) I paid with cashiers check- same as cash and he was still upset- "I told you cash- didn't you read my message?" 10: windows aren't sealed properly. 11: violated his own contract. Also violation of CSLB Please beware homeowners- he will damage your home and overcharge you- will not fulfill his promises- he will say anything to convince you he's the best in town and cares about quality, he doesn't. They'll slap it in quick as possible and not care what's right or wrong. And then lie about why it's wrong. Then grab your money and run- leaving you with repairs and damages and a huge dent in your wallet. Run. read more

The gentleman that met with me was great. he took his time to explain my options, the windows in detail, and answer any questions that I had. I really liked him. The other gentleman that visited my home for the second measurement was great as well. I asked him for verification regarding the style of my garage window, specifying that I wanted it to match the style of my bathroom window. Unfortunately, when I got home the day of the installation, the window in the garage was not the one I wanted. I hate the style of privacy glass and never would have chosen it, but I let it go considering that it is in the garage. The installation was great, and whatever mess was made was cleaned. Aside from the garage window, I am pleased with the two gentleman and the install crew. My only real issue I had was with the female scheduler. She had text me regarding the second measurement and was very pleasant. The subsequent texts were not so pleasant, as she did not know who I was, although we communicated within the continued text thread. This happened twice. her texts were misspelled and poorly written making some of them hard to understand. I had asked about a special order screen door, which I was told the manufacturer was a few months behind in fulfilling orders. I was fine with it and was told to expect a call when they could place the order. I called the scheduler and asked for an update about the door and she was quite rude. Unfortunately I never received the call, which is disappointing. Regardless, I am happy with my windows, I just wish the scheduler were easier to deal with. read more

What a great experience! I had estimates from four different companies (all of which were very professional). However at the end Premier Windows won the job! Jeff showed us a multiple of different options and showed us the difference between window brands. At the end, it was Jeff's devotion to his product and his team along with the cost that won the job. Jeff and Ron and the rest of the installation team(one other gentelman that I cannot remember his name) came and was able to get all of our windows done in two days. It was nice having the same persons from the start to the finish (showing the products, doing the measurements, and installing the windows).
