The sales guy came within days of our request, took measurements and scheduled the windows to be installed, this was quick and pleasant. The installers arrived on time, installed the windows but left goo on the window frames. 1 month later we had strong winds, and a window cracked because the glass tension in the frame was too rigid. We contacted them right away, were told they would schedule us for the next time they were in our area, but we did not hear back when they would return. I arrived home several weeks later to a note on my door "sorry we missed you." I immediately called, the crew were no longer in the area but was able to get an appointment 3 months later. The day of the appointment they called stating they had to reschedule but didn't have the when just yet. I called them back another week later, to find out we are another 2 weeks out. We had Anlin windows installed into our home May 19, 2025. We had an issue with the glass and the window gaskett/glazing gaskett splitting apart, which is letting in 20-30 flys per day into the home. A case # was produced by Anlin, as they wanted to see the actual issue (picture were sent). After 2 weeks they just decided to replace the window (no one came out) and then we were informed that the replacement will be another 4-5 weeks out. I am very dissappointed in their customer service as the windows are only 1 year old and it is now taking 6-7 weeks with this issue. Anlin does not vet the companies they supply to. Plus, they would not put our warranty was void in writing and they would not replace the frames. HORRIBLE product. Multiple windows were so warped they wouldn't even open directly from factory and the install company installed them into my house before they even realized. Neither company bothered to do a quality check. Window frames are warped and bowed and they are BRAND new top end windows (or they are priced that way at least). Silicone beads everywhere just sticking out, big gaps between the window and the window frame on the inside, broken and bent window railings right off the bat before I even touched them from install. Sliding door takes over 20 pounds of force to open and industry standard is 5-8. Terrible product, installed by a garbage company... For a premium price... read more

Great looking windows but misleading branding and outdated support. I purchased Anlin windows through AVW. Anlin says they are an energy leader and pretend to be energy efficient but you can't get an energy tax credit in 2025 for their window installations as the might be the only US manufacturer who didn't other to get an IRS QMID. Thanks guys .... I am out $600 in tax credits because I guess you can't be bothered with government paperwork. So you are a brand with empty unsubstantiated energy saving claims. The Anlin website is so outdated that there is no way to contact them as a consumer and the only provide support for tax credits that go back to 2022. Good grief. read more

Today 05/21/2024 I met up with ANLIN Technician/Damian Rincon that came by to replace the Latch that allows the window pane to be pulled away from the window frame. This feature allows you to clean the window from inside the house, making it super easy to do when it needs doing. Damian was very polite and took the time to explain the process of the fix and invited me to not hesitate to call on his Repair Team any time there's an issue with getting any of my windows back up and working smoothly. I was also pleased to hear about the Lifetime Warranty that their Windows & Patio doors are covered by and that just affirmed I made the right decision when I invested in the purchase of their product. Today Omar (Sup) Fresno & Ryan the local (Tech) came to look at a warranty issue from our newly purchased door. They both exceeded my expectations . I checked in with them early to make sure the 10 freeway closure wasn't going to affect them as I wasn't sure where exactly they be coming from. Ryan answered and said they could be in their way 3 hrs earlier! YES!!!! Arrived within 30 min of my call. Simple issues that we noticed after the install , scraped paint on the brand new door and two of my patio handles (installed a few ago) were loose so Ryan tightened up the doors , Replaced the damaged trim on the new door . BONUS and i fully expected to pay for the new rollers but they also replaced the screen rollers gratis! (expendables covered under warranty) I honestly thought i'd have to make another appointment to have the work done but they came prepared with a complete shop in their truck. Both guys were professional, friendly and explained what they were doing and why. I was concerned because there's been a forecast for rain and i'm not having any contractor on my watch work outside in the rain. Treat your contractors like they are your family and you will be treated with respect back.. I even told them if they wanted to reschedule because of the rain i was good with that. They finished not kidding 10 minutes before the first drop hit and I called them back to thank them again for being timely . Had we kept original appointment it would have been a visit . I would have allowed them to work in my garage but again, not leaving these guys out in the rain. They stand by their warranty and don't leave you hung out to dry. My home has all Anlin windows. Sliding glass door #1 was installed in 2005. Sliding glass door#2 and the other 13 windows were installed in 2017. We experienced pet claw damage to our sliding screen door #2. I contacted Anlin to describe the issue and schedule an appointment. Working with Valerie and Saroun was easy. They are both friendly and efficient on the phone and scheduling the job. As it turns out a cancelation occurred. Valerie called to ask if we were good to bump up on the schedule. I checked with city of Milpitas and I was told no, they just needed to be the same size as they were originally. I do love the bigger windows but they originally did not want to patch the larger opening properly. I had to make 3 phone calls to get it done. The icing on the cake was the $600 rebate thru our taxes, it is invalid as the letter from Anillin is from 2022 and my windows were installed Oct. 2024. I have been dealing with a months long process for a broken window because I am caught between Best Exterior and Anlin because of a warranty I purchased. First off, I discovered that the salesman sold me a double warranty when he knew my original purchase was covered under the first warranty. When I contacted both of them initially, I was getting the run around. Finally Anlin showed up and told me I would have to pay for the replacement. After threatening to sue, Superior got Anlin to agree that the replacement would covered under the double warranty I purchased. Anlin showed up about 8 weeks ago with the wrong size replacement. This morning I was contacted regarding a day and time selected by them which is not convenient since I work. Now I must go back into their que and wait weeks again for another appointment. This process started in December and we are now into mid-March. I do not recommend using either company due to the shady business they do. read more

I recently had all my windows and my sliding glass door replaced with ANLIN Windows and Doors. The Crew was a 3 person team of installers. They were great. They arrived on time both mornings and communicated with me throughout the day. The second day of install was to just finish the screen door install without rushing. The Team leader asked me my preference to either stay after 3 or 3:30 pm and cleanup or they could come back first thing in the morning to finish up, clean up and do a complete walk through to allow me time to see their work and ask any questions I had. Frankly, it was perfect. I was able to look closely overnight to each window, focus on any incidental damage that could have occurred during install and show my elderly Mother how easy they were for her to use. They showed up bright and early. They finished up and gave me a tour of all. I am now getting a December 2023 rebate on my new energy efficient double pane vinyl windows. I have already noted a decrease in energy cost. Using less heater due to the better insulation and expect the summer AC bills will be much improved. When the Program Coordinator for energy efficient windows showed me how these windows block much of the sun's heat from preventing hot areas in the home and the special gap filling with insulation, I felt pretty sure that I was not being sold a false promise of efficiency. I was very impressed from first meet and greet to measuring day, contract signing to installation etc. Now I just received the reminder for my REBATE CARD! Yahoo!! I'll attach a few pictures to help you see the beauty. I love the Trim. It is just a slightly larger or fatter trim with no change in cut out size which kept the per window cost to the lowest of all the Window quotes I received by a significant amount! Well hope this helps you in your journey to better energy efficiency. My research shows it was best to NOT start with Solar Panels and start with Energy Efficiency projects that the technology is already at a Top of Science point. That showed to be these Vinyl Windows in my book. Michael was my original Coordinator that helped through the Select Program for reduced cost of each Window and demonstrated the energy efficiency method of the glass and internal gas used for these Anlin Windows. GOODLEAP INC. helped finance me for a lower interest rate than other groups. Brenda H. I will add names ASAP from the team of installers.
