My husband and I have been going to this shop for over 15 years. We have refered many family and friends. Great atmosphere that we feel comfortable getting permanent work done at. We always feel welcome and safe in a clean friendly environment. There is a lot of taboo that comes with tattoo studios, this shop is a trusted place that i always feel comfortable coming to. Amazing workmanship that is top of the line in the ink and piercing industry. I'm hooked and will keep coming back

Professional & personable! Impressed with the quality, care & attention Milo gave me and my siblings attempting to get our sibling tattoos. All we had was an idea and one night to do it before my siblings head back to their home state. Milo provided the education and specifications to ensure a positive outcome. Provided a great experience and needed comfort to finally get it done. Aftercare instructions were provided, verbally and on the card. 1-2 month touch up is included. I had such an incredible experience with Milo at Original Goodfellas Tattoo. I came in to have a tattoo redone that I originally got 30 years ago, and Milo completely exceeded my expectations. He brought new life to something that meant a lot to me, and the transformation was honestly amazing. We spent the entire day working on it, and it was absolutely worth every minute. Milo has exceptional knowledge of tattooing, and it really shows in his work--his technique, attention to detail, and overall artistry are on another level. My husband was so impressed with how my tattoo turned out that he ended up getting his own cover-up done by Milo as well--and it came out just as incredible. That alone says a lot about the quality of his work. On top of everything, Milo made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in what he does. If you're thinking about getting a tattoo--especially a redo or cover-up--I can't recommend Milo enough. I've visited Liz (their piercer) for an emergency retainer when I lost jewelry and she was great in helping me find the size of jewelry I needed in the future. The quality of the service was requested was comfortable. The shop owner and his wife and kid (maybe) were there or maybe he was one of the artists but they added to the welcoming vibe of the place. In the past year I have gotten tattoo cover ups, a scar covered up and a few more tatts in between by @grimtattoos at The Original Good Fellas Tattoo shop. Shop has a cool vibe and everyone is super friendly. Shop has a pool table, couches and they are always playing good music. But if you are looking to get any ink done I recommend Grim. He makes the time fly by with great conversation and his vibe. His work is amazing and he's really good with cover ups also. read more

I had been in contact with Noemi for a Disney character tattoo, we sent texts back & forth. I thought we were clear. She quoted a price, I paid the deposit. But, when I walked into the shop, I was dismayed. She did have a nice stencil, but apparently did not remember or understand the concept we discussed. But, the reason I noped out is the shop smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Every other tattoo parlor where I have gotten work done smelled like a doctor's office, clean, antiseptic, alcohol. The shop did not smell clean, nor did it look particularly clean. I an not getting many little holes in my body unless I feel the place is as close to sterile as possible. I will keep looking for a tattoo place. read more

I contacted Anthony about getting some work done. He is very professional and very responsive to the idea on is thinking about. From drawing the perfect art that one imagines with some of flair to make it stand out. Getting tattooed with him is great experience as care for clients. I haven't written a review for any sort of place in several years, but this place deserves praise. Liz, the tattoo artist who worked on me was very personable, kind, talented, and precise. I showed her pictures of what I'd like to have done and she knew exactly what to do. I filled out the right paperwork, agreed on the quoted price, and we were off! Liz asked where I'd like my tattoos and which angle I'd like them. She paid close to detail and I like how sanitary she was and how organized her station was. Ive been a client at Goodfellas for 4 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I've had Curly ( Jose Herrera) do several tattoos and Liz was able to fix my rough and not legible knuckle tattoos and back tattoos as well! Liz has also pierced my ears, tongue and nipples and assisted in stretching and guided me through the entire healing process. I was not at the actual shop, I got work done at the DC tattoo expo. Grim was my artist and my God he did a fantastic job! He was clean, careful and did AMAZING WORK. The dude is BEYOND talented and is personable friendly and funny which made the experience so enjoyable! Grim and the whole Goodfellas team is awesome! Came here with my sweetheart to get tattoos on our honeymoon. We got hooked up with Ronin, who is super accommodating, creative, and talented. He took both our ideas and made them happen and exceeded our expectations. My hubby got my likeness done as a pinup and I did a butterfly merging from a cocoon with the quote, turning pain into purpose. We both highly recommend Ronin over at Good Fellas tattoo. I walked in and picked a set of earrings and off to see Eric, who literally made it painless. He gave me post-care instructions, and asked that I come back in 8 weeks for a follow-up visit and to shorten the posts. We just shortened the posts and it's been great. Because they take walk-ins, it can get very busy. When I went, it was incredibly loud and packed, and the counterstaff did not attend to this issue (they could have asked those not in for a service to wait outside, made the line to the counter clear, etc). The counterstaff seemed friendly (but didn't appear confident when I asked her what size jewelry posts I got after my appointment). There is a good selection of fine jewelry, both titanium and gold which was great. For my downsize, the piercer didn't close the door behind us, so there was a lack of privacy. I also wasn't presented with the new backings of my jewelry or shown that they had been properly sterilized by their autoclave/statim, and it felt very rushed. I got multiple piercings downsized and for some reason, the piercer utilized a backing from my flat to downsize a lobe piercing. I'm not sure why they did that, as 1) the gauges of the jewelry were different and 2) this left a lot of room extra room between my jewelry and my lobe. Please keep in mind that all of my piercings are well healed over 5+ years and I wanted the most snug fit possible, and was not given that. I should have said something in the moment about this, but as a more reserved person, I'm not one to complain when someone already seems like they're rushing me. After the downsize, I went back to my main piercing studio (over an hour away) to get my lobe properly downsized. I really feel like I wasted my time here, both in waiting over 45 minutes for a downsize and in not getting a properly fitting end. I was honestly shocked at my experience due to the reviews this place has. But maybe I am pickier than most when it comes to these things. Bottom line though is at least they safely pierce and have good jewelry. If you don't nitpick like me, you'll be fine going here.

The service itself is $40-50, and I chose a floating naval jewelry which was put together by Simba himself ($65). I had "thick tissue" so pain was a 7/10 but the cooling jelly helped lol. He is a very experienced piercer. I feel comfortable and confident to go to him again for any questions. After care is very important. I plan on going a 3-6 month update on this review.

I have been tattooed by a few different artists here at the shop, they are all super friendly and cool. It makes "chair time" so dam good... and fast! Kim is amazing and has done an awesome piece on my back, turbo has done my feet & are still super vibrant & colorful, Rick has tattooed my wife. Mike & grim worked on my friends, which all came great & my friends have since been back for more. its just such a family oriented shop and it makes it really nice to be there, not all stuffy or "too cool". they are mellow & creative, i went on a random night just to say whats up and most of the artists and a few other people were just painting and drawing in the front area so that was cool. All the artists have all their artwork up too & its really great stuff. I think more than anything i was happy with the tattoo for sure but i was stoked about the cost, i mean i hear people paying and arm & a leg for their tattoo (and why wouldnt you cuz its on your forever!) but they were so reasonably priced (like $100-$150 an hour!) compared to another place i hit up a few years back that was $500 an hour. whoa. but i mean you pay for what you get and i was BEYOND stoked about all my tattoos and ive only heard good things from my freinds and family as well. read more

I have been getting tattooed by Adam "Chef" for almost 3 years. Before I started going to Adam, I only had a couple tattoos. I knew I wanted more but didn't know any artists. I was lucky to meet Adam. He is great at collaborating with you to get your vision across. We have collectively come up with all my art work. We have several pieces going and they are beautiful! He is kind and patient and a great artist. You don't leave the shop wondering about how to take care of the tattoo. He communicates very well with his customers and takes great pride in his art. I took my mom to get her 1st tattoo a couple months ago and I wouldn't trust anyone else but Adam with my mom. He did a wonderful job and it was a great experience for both my mom and I. i was referred here for a nose piercing originally... i didn't really want to drive down there from corona but it came highly recommended. and i was not disappointed. the girl that i first talked to was cool, and nice. the piercer, Scott, was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. he talked me through the whole thing and i didn't really even feel the needle! he totally walked me through the aftercare process so that i could take care of it. as i was paying i noticed they do tooth jewelry! i was so excited & did that right on the spot too. i dont know any other shop that does them so i was happy with the whole day. ive since been back for a another piercing and will one day muster enough courage to get a tattoo! but ive also recommended a few more friends there for tattoos and they have all been just as happy with the experience and results. read more

Grim is homophobic and transphobic. Couldn't even get the stencil on before he was spouting his hate speech. Stay far away from him and this shop who let him get away with this. This was taken down by Yelp because my review "wasn't clear that your review described your firsthand experience as a customer of the business". We absolutely were customers here and we got up and left before getting the tattoo because of this man's blatant disregard for others. So Yelp don't take this down again. People need to know Grim is a terrible person and should not be getting tattoos from him. Stay away especially if your a part of the LGBTQ+ community read more

I got a tattoo fixed by Adam. He is a great artist. He knows what he is doing. He is the only one that I would trust to do the rest that I want to get. I even got him more business with having my brother and his friend come down and get work done by him. They are so happy with the work that he does. They even have friends of thier's that are going to make an appointment with him to get thier's done by him. Adam is very fair. He enjoys what he does and is great at it. 1. They tattooed me with a used needle which made things more painful and a possible transmission of bacteria into my skin. 2. I took great care of my tattoo but it became infected probably because of the used needle. The infection caused rupturing on my skin where the tattoo was and completely removed large portions of the tattoo. It looked like it had large spots missing everywhere. 3. When I went back to ask them for a touch up (usually free), they said I would need to pay again to get it done. read more
