I do not enjoy riding the bus alone here. The drivers are not very friendly. Many of them play…read moretheir music very loud and disregard other people's personal space. I try my best to be friendly to them but sometimes it's very difficult. They are very strict and sometimes, one man insists on staring at me, one of the woman bus driver bullies me, talking too much about her personal issues and her traumatic past in a threatening way. I wish they would just be quiet and drive. A few drivers also drive very fast, and reckless. There are maybe, one or two good drivers that I possibly would trust, but I rarely see them. It's also very expensive. I like riding with a companion, this feels much safer.

The Operations Manager, Ms. Kristin Halverson took a photo of me for my El Dorado County Transit's ADA Bus Transit Card. Afterwards, she copiously explained using the El Dorado County Transit's ADA Bus Transit Card, she gave me an El Dorado County Transit's bus schedule then, she gave me the Sacramento Bus Authority's bus schedule, explaining the cost riding both bus transit systems, and more importantly, instructions refilling the ADA Bus Transit Card for bus fares.
