I'll try not to be too harsh... BUT, we were a customer of theirs (and I stress were) for a bit…read moreover two years. they made our yearly promotional mailer (simple one color, black, on colored paper) and printed up some envelopes for us. The first of 3 mailers that they did was fine. The second seemed not as crisp as the first, but was also fine. The third was absolutely horrible. The print quality looked like it was done on a mimeograph machine. Some looked ok, but many were faded and blurry. The wafer tabs that kept our flier sealed were all over the place, broken, bent sticky side back, etc. And, the worst was the whole job was covered, and I mean covered, in dog hair. As I was putting the mailing labels on the fliers, my desk was covered in dog hair (and not to mention the hairs stuck to the wafer tabs). So, when I send in my payment I wrote a very professional letter to Jim, the owner, letting him know the problems we encountered and that I wanted to speak with him about it so that we could continue to do business with them. That was in July and I haven't heard back since. But, I know he got the letter because he cashed the check. So, I wait 2 months and finally decide to call Corporate. I get referred to the gentleman that deals with these sorts of issues. He's not in so I leave a message AND send an email. Well, that was in September and, you guessed it, I still have not heard a word. Oh, and I forgot to mention that I sent in our files well ahead of their deadline each of the three times and they blew their delivery date each of the three times by one or two days. Now to the envelopes. Again, simple one color return addy image. Half the envelopes are blurry and the other half have a backwards heavy 'ghost image' of the return addy on the back - meaning that he stacked our envelopes in the box while still wet - causing the front of one to bleed to the back of another. I really hoped this would have worked out better because my company very much liked his pricing, but my sad point is that if you need a print job done on-time and of professional quality you are better off going just about anywhere else.

I've used Minuteman Press for cards and customized envelopes. They're on the pricey side. Honestly,…read moreif you go to Office Depot printing services or/and especially wait until Office Depot has a sale then, you're going to end up paying probably 30-40% less for the same exact end product. I'm giving them 3 stars because they're A-OK, but there's definitely better prices for the same exact thing if you shop around. If you're looking for business cards, I would recommend Vista Print.

I came upon this store because it happens to be open on Saturday…read more Good customer service and wonderful communicative staff. My prints came out to my liking, and at a feasible price; the girl helping me made sure to clearly state everything to me (since I was asking lots of questions); explaining the process actively. I'm super Satisfied with my prints and with the pricing! Prints were very popular at the show all thanks to this location close to the convention center (only location opened Saturday in proximity to convention center).

Woooowww, what a freaking rip off…read more They charge you a $2.50 "service fee" for ANYTHING that requires you to interact with a human, unless you spend $50 or more. So it's bs when their website says that it costs $14.95 for passport photos, because it doesn't (I suspect most people aren't coming in here for passport photos plus another $35 worth of stuff). If I'd known that FedEx rips people off and is actively trying to make sure people don't need help of any sort, I'd have gone to Walgreens where it would have been cheaper overall plus I'd have gotten a digital copy of my daughters passport photos in addition to the two printed ones. I mean... I literally could not have done this myself, though I would have been happy to if the dude was willing to hand over the camera and they had a self pay station here. But they don't. It's totally crap to provide a service that people are, by the nature of the way the company offers the service, FORCED to use the assistance of employees yet still get charged a fee. I swear I'm sending Elizabeth Warren (and probably Tammy Duckworth and Duck Durbin, since they're my own senators) an email about some of these ridiculous fees that people are charged. So that's the first thing that makes me mad. But in addition to learning about this "service charge" (only after I'd looked at my receipt , by the way, because the text I was sent from my bank about the purchase was higher than I expected), they need to get on the same page. I called 45 minutes before I came in to make sure they could do passport photos of children, because they're antsy and not always the easiest to get to do what you want. I told the woman on the phone I had a young child that I needed a passport photo for and asked if they did them for all ages or if they had a minimum, and she said no. When I got here and said I needed a passport photo for the babe, they asked if she could stand (she can, but she's a new walker so she can be wobbly) and the woman said if she can't stand they can't do it. I said I had just called specifically to confirm they could do it and she argued some more before finally asking some guy who was coming from the back if he could; he asked if she could sit against the wall, and she can, so he took it. But if I had not told the woman I'd just spoken to someone about this then she would have just left it at sorry, no can do? I won't use FedEx if I have literally no other choice, which luckily I usually do.

I actually wanted to create my own wedding invitation using those pre-made wedding kits at the arts…read moreand craft store. After looking at all of the choices in the aisle for 35 minutes, I didn't see any wedding themes that I liked. I realized at that moment that I needed a designer who will create a custom wedding invitation for my husband and I. Celine is a sweet person to talk too. She listened to what we wanted in our wedding invitation, but she also expressed her own ideas to enhance our custom invitation. After our consultation, I loved that she made 8 designs of my wedding invitation. My husband and I found it hard to decide on one. So we ended up picking something from each design to create our final wedding invitation. Another thing that I love, love, love about my invitation is that fact that she drew the artwork in my wedding invitation. Now how custom is that!!!!! It didn't come from a clip art, but from an artist creation. I will definitely use the White Rabbit Invitations again for future events.
