About a year after David wrapped our box truck, the wrap on the back rolling door began to…read moredeteriorate. We reached out and David, the owner, told my staff that it was because the rolling door was wood. The rolling door is identical to any similar box truck and all of them have wraps on the back of their trucks. Further, David never mentioned this would be an issue for us when he did this work. After hearing that from my staff I called, emailed and texted David numerous times to discuss this and work out terms to have it corrected. He never responded.
