Aimhire found me a temporary position, which I accepted, with the understanding that the position was nearby and would last approximately 3 months or more. Not only was the position an hour away, but it only lasted 6 days. When I discussed the issue with the recruiter she didn't seem to care, she just responded saying that now I had something to put on my resume. How do you put a job where you spent 6 days on a resume??? Additionally, I had to significantly cut back on hours at my other job to take this opportunity. I was not able to get all of my shifts back after my temp job was over. Through this process Aimhire cost me both time and money; I would never recommend this agency to anyone. My word of advice to anyone who uses this company, be careful and have a backup plan! Aimhire will do what it takes to staff a position but at the cost of its employees.

Our baby was born small at 4lb 11oz and required triple feeding in the early days. We were exhausted and Wendy was so unbelievably helpful. Incredibly professional, caring, thoughtful and taught us SO MUCH. Even though it was our 3rd baby we learned about baby sleep from Wendy and honestly changed our whole lives because we were able to put our baby to sleep on her own and have our own sleep and time back in the evenings. Wendy did such an amazing job cleaning all the bottles and pump supplies too. Very thorough with her notetaking and never overstepped. She'd always offer advice but in that helpful kind non judgemental way that made me feel supported. We even hired Wendy ad hoc a few times after our initial night nanny stint to help with all 3 children primarily because we trusted her so much and knew our kids were in excellent hands. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and I recommend her to everyone I know seeking a night nanny.
