At first the location is a bit odd. You have to park at a nearby Burger King and the space shares an entrance with a Scuba store. But the office is always very clean. There is rarely anyone there so wait times are very low. The only negative thing, which is a personal preference, is that there is no examination table inside the rooms as I've seen in every other vet office. The dog is roaming in the room and owners sit on the chairs. This also causes the pets to be taken to the back (away from owners) to get vaccines, etc. Seems like could be stressful for dogs who aren't particular to strangers. I especially love that they are open on saturdays and sundays. Giving us working fur-parents enough time to take our babies for their check ups. The prices are also reasonable. Both the vet and staff are always so kind and treat our pup with such love. They always reach out the following day from the visit to see how he is doing. He just got neutered two days ago and within just one day he was already his normal happy self. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for great service!

Everything changes and I continued to go there for nail trims and any emergency that may pop up if it happened on a day the office was open. I called yesterday on July 21 to make an appointment for nail trims and was informed that since the boys hadn't had a full physical exam in years that the next time I would schedule an appointment for nail trimming that I would have to give them each a physical. Now mind you I expressed to the young lady on the phone which btw it's not her fault at all and I understand this, but I was very upset at feeling forced to have to give my days physicals. I explained to her that about couple of months ago I happened to have sprints about 1,500 at town and country hospital due to emergency with both Oliver needed teeth cleaning cause he had stopped eating and then a week Xavier had been throwing up along with diarrhea and was sick for over a week. This happened over the weekend when your office was not open. These are indoor cats always have been.. He had multiple surgical procedures and daily bandage changes, as well as numerous prescriptions. He had little to no appetite which was coupled with a persistent fever. I'm happy to say that after some real touch-and-go periods, Leo seems to have turned the corner and is on his was to recovery.
