Oof not quite what I expected. This Goodwill comes up on Google maps as a regular old Goodwill so was a bit surprised when I pulled up to a Goodwill Boutique but figured hey why not look while I'm here! On the positive, majority of the items are nice, and the store is very clean and laid out very nicely. Now I understand this is a Goodwill Boutique but some of these prices are scary! Maybe im used to shopping at a standard Goodwill too often. I couldn't bring myself to buy anything at these prices. $50+ for some visibly worn shoes? No thanks. Also the staff was not friendly whatsoever. Why greet others and not me? Why ignore me but ask other if they're doing ok? Treat all your customers equally. Wouldn't recommend this location. read more

What a beautiful store with a huge selection of high end clothing and shoes along with handbags and accessories. So much fun to tour either stores. The one in Sellwood is a brand new building that stands on an old Bank of America where I used to do my banking for years. I bought a designer handbag for $50. When I looked at the large variety of shoes, I found sizes mixed so one of the sales persons went through the many racks of shoes and found my size for me. I went to try to look at a bag today 6/27/26. There wasn't a sign that indicated to ask for help. Went to grab a bag because my mom wanted to see it and the shelf under it came down onto a tea set that wasn't affected. The workers acted like it was done on purpose and were being cold towards us. the one worker gasped like a fool. The second worker decided to make a snarky comment when I walked away in front of my mom saying they don't understand and doesn't like it why people don't ask for help. She acted inconvenienced. Maybe if the expectation is to ask for help there should be a sign stating so. Or go up to the person and ask If they want it pulled down to see it. No one approached us after that but everyone else afterwards got attention. We got the hint and left not buying anything. Not a pleasant experience and won't be back. read more

This store shows up on maps as a regular Goodwill, so imagine my surprise when I arrive to find a "Goodwill Boutique!" Because of course it is, in Lake Oswego. A boutique offers a higher end curation of designer clothing, shoes, and accessories. It's a smaller footprint, with a much smaller furniture / home goods section, and more organized clothing racks. I'm not really into high-end clothing or designer names, so I can't speak to the quality too much. Prices were higher than I like to spend for secondhand clothing. read more

The store is very clean and organized, and there are lots of high end clothes. The ladies working there are nice. But, that's it. The prices are RIDICULOUSLY HIGH for the merchandise that is sold over there. I have been thrifting high end clothes for over 20 years and this store it's NOT WORTH IT. You can buy it cheaper on Poshmark or EBay, even TJ MAXX or Sacks. Totally disappointed about this location. Would not recommend to shop at any Goodwill anymore due to the high prices. read more

I love to thrift shop and this place was a waste of time. Tons of outdated mid level brand (MK, Coach, shopping mall store brands) but nothing to my liking. Also there are no color tag sales like the regular goodwills have. Tons of costume jewelry on display if you like that sort of thing. I would not recommend this place to anyone under the age of 50...60 maybe. I'm not sure why the Goodwill boutiques here even exist. The one in downtown PDX is just as bad. The superstores have a much better selection. read more

Nice store, but prices of some of the items are a tad high for resale. In average I'd say 15 to 20% above the average resale store....

You can buy the items for sale here brand new from the store for less than what they're selling for in this boutique!

Greedy and prejudiced... the older woman working there followed my boyfriend around and kept looking at him like he was going to steal while they ignored me assuming I wouldn't steal because I'm white. The place had many good pieces, but no fitting room. So if you can but without trying on this would work for you. I have to try stuff on so it doesn't work for me. I guess the other option is to wear clothes that allow you try stuff on over or under. The items seemed a bit over priced to me as well. read more

This Goodwill Boutique caters to a certain clientele who wouldn't be caught slummin' it at a regular Goodwill. It's a good store if you're short on time and looking for nice, brand name clothes. I saw plenty of beautiful dresses but unfortunately I don't have any special occasion in the near future, so I didn't make a purchase. There are accessories for sale, a couple of home decor items and a small men's section. Staff were quiet but kind. I love "the hunt" of a regular Goodwill, so I don't see myself returning to a Goodwill Boutique in the future. I don't recommend shopping here if you're pro-bargain, but there are lots of lovely items to be found if you don't mind paying for convenience. read more

I would rate lower if I could. As others have remarked, so overpriced and watched or followed all the time. Jewelry is locked and only able to look at one piece at a time. We're talking cheap $10 earrings. No negotiating. I've been to Goodwill boutique s before. This one is run like a high end store. Get over yourself GW. Most money goes in your own pockets. Great selection and lots of good variety of items in all sizes! The have a nice assortment of designer items that are new with tags or gently used. I was able to find some nice Anthropologie and Free People tops along with a Pendeltom wool Shacket. They also had some nice purses which were a little overpriced for being used and you could probably get better ones at the outlet but overall I had fun. The staff was friendly and they have fitting rooms as well with a 30 day return policy for store credit. read more

I've accidentally driven here several times mistaking it for a regular goodwill :( small and full of outdated items with wild prices. Better to go to Nordstrom Rack if this is your price point, or a regular goodwill/eBay if you are looking for unique items. read more

I bought this beautiful, labeled as '5 piece' set. When I came to the counter to have help finding the 5th piece, the sales lady got out the 'expert', Gee, behind the back. The shop expert told the sales lady and me 'I put them out and there were only 4 so someone missed marked them.' The sales lady said 'well it say there should've been 5 for that price so what should we charge her.' He said 'the same price, someone missed marked them.' So she tried to explain why they should give me some sort of discount for their donated items. But no, he insisted 'same price' and the. Went back with the tag and retained t for 4 pieces. I still bought them, but clearly the store full of donated items needs a new 'expert' who knows what THEIR ERROR not the customers means. A thank you goes to the sales lady at register, Trina, who tried to make the....sales lacking associate 'expert' understand what their error and true customer service is truly about. read more
