I've actually been coming here for a few years, and today I went for the first time in months. I am…read moreso disappointed. It has really gone downhill. - First of all, normally Mondays are the best sale days, but they had almost nothing marked down. But, okay, whatever. - The selection has become even more dominated by crap like SHEIN. It's been there for a while, but I could also find good stuff still. Better brands, vintage 90s pieces.. but today I just saw more absolute garbage than ever. - The housewares pricing has gotten RIDICULOUS. Asking HIGH RETAIL for stuff. I was looking specifically for some brass candlesticks. $30 for the pair. I can truly buy them off Poshmark WITH SHIPPING and pay less than $30 for a pair. Even cheap, chintzy feeling stuff was at least $10 for a single item. Silverplate at more than full retail in rough condition. I mean, it's common for silverplate to be overpriced at 'antique stores', but I normally find fair prices at the thrift. But, apparently, not anymore. - They were SO understaffed. They had TWO registers open! I stood for over ten minutes trying to get someone's attention to look in the jewelry case, and then some entitled jerk cuts in front of me to get their attention first. She knew I was standing there. So rude. So, I guess it's time to divorce Thrift Giant and spend my time at other thrift stores. They're honestly going to hurt the whole eco-friendly system by pricing themselves out of sales. Why would I go buy it in person when I could buy it for LESS from Poshmark or other online place?

The last few times I've dropped off donations to various goodwill or salvation army locations, it's…read morebeen very depressing. I've driven across town with nice quality but unwanted clothing and household goods and the experience ended up feeling pretty much like I was just throwing them, unwanted, into a dumpster. Not so here. The drop off location is well marked, clean, and easy to access. The fellow at the donation area was very friendly and helpful. He opened up 15 minutes early for me, and, despite a sign saying they weren't responsible for unloading, was more than willing to carry loads in. I was impressed with how large and how clean and neat the inside space was. I didn't go in the store, so can't comment on it. But if you've been looking for a donation site where you'd be putting gently used and cared for clothing to good use, I'd recommend going out of your way to come here.

I don't shop here often, but I like to pop in occasionally to see what they have. This time,…read morethough, I was genuinely surprised by some of the pricing. Especially on purses, shoes, and furniture. A lot of it felt wildly inflated, even compared to Goodwill. I kept browsing out of sheer curiosity and couldn't wrap my head around some of the tags: used plastic shoes priced at $40+, a worn out Michael Kors bag for $30. The clothing section seemed more reasonably priced, although I didn't notice any higher-value brands to really justify a comparison. Overall, this place feels very hit or miss. You might stumble across a decent find, but anything with a recognizable name seems to be marked up far beyond what it's worth.

I have been shopping at this place since they opened a couple of years ago…read more I would shop there a couple of times a year but always had the same issue every time I'm not sure who they had purchasing the in coming clothes from the sellers but who ever it was they had some really bad taste in the buys. Even my sister has said the same thing every time. when we would leave the store "there is some really ugly stuff in that store". Which is out opinion BUT... Today was a whole different experience I found a lot of cute clothes this time around spent almost $200 and got a lot of items that I'm really happy with Thank god they fired the old purchasing employee I'm not sure if that's what happened but the store was full of cute items this and I will be going back soon to finish what I started. ( I still had 2 more rows to dig through. lol I ran out of time to shop today Also a couple of years ago I went through my closet and gathered up alit of cute designer clothes and a lot of shoes (almost 60 pairs of shoes ). Most of them were brand new never been worn I was alittle disappointed on the girl only picking a couple of shirts and 3 pairs of Nike tennis shoes from my pile. So I was detetemed not to bring all that back to my closet so I dropped all the remaining things off at goodwill down the street. They were VERY happy for the donation I was in disbelief she didn't buy anything else from my pile But oh well I at least got a tax write off from goodwill

I don't love this location. I have store credit here that I haven't been able to spend because I…read morecan't find anything I like. Of course style is subjective & experience will vary, but here's my thoughts: - It's been quick & easy to sell, but they keep offering store credit only. There's no way to know this unless you call ahead or show up. - I found 2 pairs of shorts and 1 pair of jeans that I like. - Lots of old, dingy graphic tees and shoes (thrift store level). Not anything I would want to purchase over $5. - Small section of larger sizes (XL+). I go back every few weeks and often see the same thing - not much new. - I wish they had baskets or something to shop with. - Styles feel like they're for an older demographic. I probably won't return once I use my credit.
