The staff were very kind, happy and helpful. I will drop off my other donations at this location in the future.

We emptied a storage unit over the weekend and decided to bring the items to this location in Davie. We called several times before we went there and they would hang up after several rings. The online website said they are open so we decided to drive there. We were not able to speak to the individual behind the desk who did not give us a chance to say anything. We are the ones that's donating and you should at least give us a chance to explain what we have for donation. She went off stating clothes, shoes and toys, no bin, no box and everything in plastic bags. She was a raging lunatic. We had blankets, and sweather in bins as she screened no bins only. Who does that when it's a free donation? So disappointed with the way she conducted herself. You need to learn to conduct yourself in a professional manner especially when you are dealing with the public.

This week I have gone 3 days in a row making sure not to be near the lunchtime and the window has a full sign while through the window you just see her on her phone (I did try to get down the first time and she ran out pointing at the sign) so she is just sitting in the front with a full store that cannot accept anything for at least 3 days straight? Each day filling my car including two tvs only have to bring everything back, I sent my son once and he also came complaining about the persons attitude. I hate to complain and would've never if it had been one or two bad experiences but it's every-time.

I went to my car and asked if I could use her cart because my items were too heavy for me, she said no. When she saw that I had boxes and other miscellaneous items in my car for donation, she told me that she will only except things in plastic bags. Since when does Goodwill only except things in plastic bags? Terrible customer service.
