What I was disappointed with todays visit 7/25/23 was the Customer Service lady that was at the Cash register who was on her phone the whole time she was cashing out the people in line, me and my daughters being some of those customers. She did not greet or even make eye contact with us at all nor attempted to converse with us. Her telephone conversation seemed to be what was most important to her at the time, in our opinion not tending or conversing with your customers while they are in front of you is plain and simply rude and annoying. Employees should not be talking on their telephones while customers are in their presences and doing business. On the other hand, the Asian gentleman who works at this location was friendly and attentive.

The racks are too tight and the selection itself isn't very appealing to older women such as myself. Their plus size selection is also very lacking. As a plus sized woman also, I can probably find better options at Walmart at this point. The girls working were nice, but looked like they were mostly high schoolers. If there were more older women working there I'm sure the clothing selection would be nicer for ladies our age (45+). Overall, if you are young and hip I would suggest taking a look around. But if you are on the plus size side or have a more mature style I would pass.

My sister and I stopped by this past Saturday and found some really nice stuff in the window display. Specifically a little Prada bag and a little coach wallet. I stepped inside and asked if we were allowed to purchase, which I was told the manager said they could not sell those items until Monday. Keep in mind, they are on display and they are all priced, but whatever. Then proceeded to go this morning, approximately 20 minutes after they open. Checking the window display and seeing the bag is NO LONGER THERE. I ask if I can purchase the items on display, when I am told that I cannot. That the woman that runs the window display (not the manager now!) will not be selling them until later this week, and she would be there tomorrow and I could come back if I wanted. I proceeded to remind her that she was the same girl I talked to on Saturday and that she told me I could come back to purchase them on Monday. I knew they had to be full of shit because anyone that has ever worked at thrift store knows that they want to rummage through everything before they sell it to the public, and I knew that's exactly what was happening. I then proceeded to get my mom to call and they tell her that we can purchase the clothing items, but not any products in the window display. At that point, it is not worth going back because it is now under poor management and people who can't be honest with you about the shit that they are selling. Do not display and price items and then try to say they aren't for sale!!! Then when I come back they're mysteriously gone??? ZERO STARS.

This place accepts donations and does resale many items to have funds on hand in times of need. They also locally gave a church and can help with spiritual needs. The history of the Salvation Army is quite public and there's not much I can add to what you already know. Of course I highly recommend this place!

The manager ( Dave? ) micromanages his employees to the point I don't understand why anyone still works there! There's a "second in command " lady w a mullet (idk her name) who is AWFULLLLL!! Not only does she price crusty old coffee cans at 4.99 and used burnt up spatulas at $2.99 she reprimands the staff on the floor in front of customers she's nasty and if she speaks to her staff like that in public I can't imagine what she says and how she speaks to them in private. The store is overpriced of course as most Goodwills Are becoming, but the store organization is the real issue...the shelves are so clustered and things are literally piled in huge messy "stacks " shoved into the shelves as much as anyone could possibly fit on a shelf is there- customers can't even pick up an item to look at the price or condition without 5 items falling into the floor...it's udderly ridiculous!! If things were priced at thrift store prices these items might sell and not just PILE UP like they do...the impossible shopping conditions and the management with the nasty attitudes makes me give this place 1 star
