This is an odd store. It has a HUGE foot print but not as much merchandise as other stores. The home goods and house chachki are especially weak. They had 6 shelving units and you could actually see EVERYTHING on them at a place. However, oddly, they did have lots of picture frames. Go figure. I usually go to GW for my dog toys, stuffed animals they can chew up, but this facility had basically none. The prices on clothing was about par for the industry and nicely displayed, but again, very limited for the size of the store. The one good thing is that on Sundays, they have 50% off the marked price for seniors, meaning people 50 or over, with an ID. read more

I'm giving this Goodwill a two star rating because this is the cleanest Goodwill I've ever been in and the houseware items were very organized and priced reasonably, even the books/movie section. However, the rest of the store is overpriced. I liked that this place priced plates, bowls and cups in sets instead of individually like others. If you want to shop for your child, the toy section is alright but the clothes are horribly expensive. $4.99 when other goodwills have all the kids clothes for 99 cents? No thank you, that's as much as you would pay for an adult shirt! On my visit here, the lady at check out was very rude and looking around like she had better things to do when I placed items on the counter for her to bag. I saved my dinnerware for last (I got 10 cups, 9 bowls, 9 plates) and the woman huffed and made me tell her the prices of the dishes when I was trying to handle my baby (they were all priced as sets which she should've been able to look at one of each and taken the price). I told her to not bother wrapping or bagging them so I could get out of there faster and not deal with her any longer than I had to. The woman at the other register open was very nice to customers, so I won't say all of the staff is terrible. Not going here again. read more

I've visited this Goodwill location a couple of times over the years and honestly, they're average at best. The selection is usually pretty mediocre. The pricing is sometimes a bit high for what they have to offer. And the place doesn't really smell that great for the most part. More often then not I walk out of here without purchasing anything. Not the end of the world but overall it's not one of the better Goodwill stores out there. read more

EXPENSIVE My problem with goodwill having such high prices is that 9 times out of 10 I get home and the merchandise I've purchase has a hole or a stain on it that I didn't catch right away. They also pay their employees a low wage. Charge whatever you want but please do a better job at making sure the merchandise you're selling for $10+ is in good condition. read more

Was a regular stop until goodwill turned into a "EBay" store! If you want eBay prices on all of your "donated" products, you may as well just shut down the store! Ridiculously overpriced with "Know-it all" employees! Won't be coming back, this is the MOST OVERPRICED goodwills in the Cincinnati Area. Don't waste your time or gas to try and get a deal here! read more

Look I understand they have bills to pay. With that said? There prices on allot of stuff is of the hook! The get the stuff for FREE! Like o said the prices are just too high, and it smell of used dirty laundry! The could set up a commercial grade washer and dryer and wash it as it comes in! The the people are not friendly! Some are handicapped, But a simple hello goes a long way! Also the parents that let there kids.open toys! I watched a pair of kids put part of the toy in there pocket! Unfortunately they were back and I did not want to be called a racist. Our country has gone that route! They have security cameras so they need to do there job. Y point is stay away! read more

As far as thrift stores in my area, this one ranks pretty low on the list. Their clothing & accessories are priced about 75% higher than Valley Thrift (which is right down the street). I go here mainly for knick-knacks and the occasional sale. Today, they're supposed to be having a yellow tag sale on clothing as per their website. After being rung up, the cashier didn't mark the yellow tags down so I asked her about it. She proceeded to tell me I was wrong and today's only sale was for seniors. I pulled up the website, she walked away and asked another employee if there was a yellow tag sale to which the other person said no. So, I showed her the websites calendar specifying dates and locations and all I got was "ask somebody else, I don't make that stuff." Horrible customer service, filthy and unorganized store, as well as overpriced merchandise for a store who gets their items donated and 0% of the proceeds go to charity. I suggest going someplace else such as Valley Thrift or Salvation Army. read more

I visited the store on 12/18/19 specifically looking for a mixing bowl. I found a Pyrex mixing bowl and three medium sized round baking dishes. I was very happy with my finds on two were not priced. I also found two women's tops one of which was not priced. I took all items to the counter for payment. The store register clerk priced the unmarked blouse at the same price as the priced one. The bowls where two were priced she priced one not priced bowl the same as the others and the 4th bowl she stated she could not price and put it under the counter. I asked if there was someone there that could price it. A mixing bowl was specifically what I'd gone in for. She said "no". This concerned me as I felt if she could price the other items not priced why she couldn't price the other. I'm thinking of going back this afternoon to see if it is priced and on the shelf. It is much needed for the small holiday dinner being prepared for my family. Fortunately the store is within two miles of my residence. I'll also ask to speak to a manager. My instincts tell me something just isn't right about how she handled my sale. Buyers beware ... dishonest people are out there read more

Lucky day it was 50% off everything... with exceptions and those exceptions were coats. But that's ok - $6 for a coat I can't complain! The store was clean and very easy to shop it was great! toy selection is slim read more

I'm a thrift store junkie, so let me start by saying that. While I shop Goodwill from time to time, I'm not a regular, simply because they price things at "fair market value" and it doesn't matter if a sweater is by Michael Kors or from 1983, they're going to charge the same price for it. Makes no sense to me. However, on 50% off days, you can find some pretty decent deals. I usually go for things other than clothing. I can hop next door to the Valley Thrift store and get clothes WAY cheaper. If you have time to dig around, this place is good for knick-knacks and home décor items. Their furniture selection is actually pretty good for a thrift store, and on 50% off day (no exclusions), I nabbed a big comfy sofa for my basement for $37. Yes indeed. Make sure you check out the sales calendars online so you know the best days to go (usually once a month they have a 50% off everything day). So overall, worth a look, and as they say, it's never the same store twice! read more

Overall it's nice store. They have a fairly sizable selection, and items seem clean. Staff was friendly. However, the whole store really smells like sour, old, stored clothes. Styles are somewhat outdated. ( I know, it's people's old stuff, which would be outdated, but this seems to be really so.) A lot of styles from the 80s and 90s. So if you're into vintage, it is worth a look. It seems to be a bit pricey for nicer items. read more
