Never received any notifications and getting nervous that I had been scammed as it had been some time, I emailed Robin James Jewelers requesting the status of the ring. 3 days later I receive an email from them advising that the ring had been sold prior to my purchase and was discontinued from the vendor. Whoops?!?! Do you think they would have mentioned this maybe immediately after I purchased it??? Maybe an email letting me know?? Had I not inquired about the status I may never would have known? Horrible customer service and obviously incompetent with keeping track of their sales and inventory. Don't waste your time.

The office itself occupies a part of the floor and looks non-descript from the outside. Once you're inside, though, it's a very nice office. I really enjoyed working with Barry - he was personable, knowledgeable and didn't try to oversell me on anything. Since I'm living in Denver and my ring wasn't able to be finished before I left Cincinnati, Barry sent my ring by certified mail. They also replaced a broken clasp on a chain with a much stronger one, and, offered me gold-filled instead of 14K to keep the price down, since it won't ever affect how well it works.
