We enjoy thrifting and find there's never enough time to search for new treasures. But, we liked this visit! The cashier was friendly and organized in ringing us out. The women's restroom room has two stalls and although the first stall's door didn't have a working lock, the door managed to stay closed while in use. Thank goodness! The restroom was clean, so, all good. We're glad we carved out time to visit this Goodwill location. We'll keep it in mind on a future trip to the area.

Really, look at my other reviews. Bottom line -- if you want real variety in men's suits, I haven't found any place better yet. There are multiple shops like a flea market in between two thrift stores. One side is Value Village the other is Unique Thrift. You will need at least 2 hrs minimum to find something. The prices are too high for me . Idk about you but I'm paying 29.99 for a used dirty Talbots wrap dress. I found 2 Missoni travel cases and called it a day. Come in with a plan or you'll be overwhelmed! There are no changing rooms and while there are bathrooms last time I went in they were so dirty they were unusable. Some items like hats and belts are sorted by men and women but are kind of unisex. If you go on busier days it will be more crowded and messy. Mondays and Thursdays have 25% off sales and are busy. Weekends are busy as well. They are always putting out new items throughout the day. There are no changing rooms, so wear something close fitting so you can try clothes on over what you're wearing. You can always donate something to get a 20% off coupon. The staff are really nice and friendly here- if you have any questions just ask!

From the start, Veda offered no greeting and carried an annoyed, impatient attitude. I came in to return four items with a valid receipt, but instead of helping, she immediately looked for reasons to deny my return. She repeatedly stated: "The description is not for these items," and when I asked her to clarify, she refused, saying: "I'm not going to tell you that" and "I don't have to." This is completely unlike any other HomeGoods experience I've had, where employees clearly explain receipt discrepancies and process returns efficiently. When processing the remaining two items, Veda again checked the system and incorrectly claimed one item was not on my receipt. When I corrected her, she responded only with a dismissive "Oh." She even attempted to break open a sealed box to inspect its contents, despite the box clearly being unopened. The entire interaction was unnecessarily hostile, rushed, and unprofessional. I later called another HomeGoods location. The manager there reviewed the department numbers, confirmed the items matched, and processed my return immediately, highlighting the stark contrast in customer service. Before driving 45 minutes, I returned to Laurel to ask Veda for her full name and title. Again, she was dismissive, refusing to provide complete information and saying: "You are the one with the nasty attitude. I do not care how much money you spent at this location." As of September 3, 2025, I have received zero follow-up. It is alarming that this is not an isolated incident; multiple reviews confirm Veda has treated other customers similarly. Laurel HomeGoods management should understand that experiences like this drive away loyal customers.
