Walking out with my belongings I glanced to the register he was at an seen a pair if yeezy shoes I walked over to check the size and walked away. He then accused me of stealing instead of asking me to see my receipt. He was very disrespectful and rude in front of all the customers. I asked him if he would like to see my receipt but then said no. Now if your going to accuse me and make a huge seen wouldn't you ask to see my purchase. Yet he then change he wording and apology after I pulled out my receipt. I worked in customer service and how he handle this matter was so poorly and rude. You might want to take some classes to learn how to handle situations like this instead of yelling out raising your voice to customers the way you did.

Any name brand clothing item is going to cost over $20 which is insane. No pants in a thrift store should be more than $20. You are paying close to retail for some items. What was mind blowing is that they are charging $3.50 for a used pair of boxer briefs. Who is going to pay that much for used underwear?? It will cost another $3 of cleaning solution to sanitize it. Might as well buy some new ones. There is decent merchandise for sale, it's clean and organized but it is 80% women's clothes. There's hardly any men's clothes; just a small section tucked in the back corner. Also, why do they hang their pants side ways? I wouldn't go here unless it is my last resort looking for a specific item.

Racks for men's and boy's clothing were full. I found several shirts for my oldest son. The ones I purchased were all in excellent condition. I stuck with the shirts that were under $4. (They were color tag of the week, or I had another discount.) There were other shirts I thought he would like that were $7.99-12.99. I chose to skip those. Prices varied in all departments. My daughter found a faux leather jacket for $7.99. The jacket looked new. I had to fight her all winter long to wear a jacket to school. This jacket had her wanting to wear a jacket on a 90' day. She also found some dresses she liked. I also found a dress for myself. Knickknacks were not as plentiful as clothing. Stock being donation driven, that could have already changed. There was an interesting mix of new and vintage items. I found a set of ramekins I will be able to use for a dish I have been wanting to try. Some items in the section were arranged so they were displayed more like a retail store. Cashier was welcoming. She welcomed us in upon arrival. She was also pleasant throughout checking out.
