If you're a thrifter like me, you're going to love Hope Thrift Store! I'm always down for thrift shopping,& I ended up spending HOURS in here just browsing. There was so much to browse through, I honestly lost track of time. Not only did they have a ton of thrifted items,they also had a lot of brand-new merchandise & clothing, which I thought was a nice bonus. Of course, I didn't leave empty-handed. I ended up buying about 4 bags full of stuff! The prices were kind of all over the place, though. Some things were more expensive than others, so it really depended on what you were buying. The ppl. who worked there were also really friendly & helpful including the person who checked me out @ the register, which made the visit even better. This is a mix of a resale and thrifting experience. The front of the store feels like items they've purchased in bulk. The items are random and don't offer much in terms of quality or good pricing. The back of the store kicks in thrifting - books, some furniture, clothing and home decor. The clothing isn't in great shape and pricing wasn't clear. The space is crowded and feels a bit dirty. Overall, if you're nearby and have time, there could be something to find, but we were hoping to find more clothing options and in better shape. read more

This thrift store is definitely one that you have to go to. It's not very organized, and things are pretty much all over the place, but you can find some really good items. I've seen crutches, walkers, heating blankets, plastic pools, vacuums, bedroom, furniture sets, mattress, Disney pins, power tools, chandelier, cooking pans, frames, mirrors, and so many more items to choose from. Of course is a thrift store and definitely a hunt to look for things, but I have purchased a few good items. I recommend stopping by! Prices vary some decently priced and others not. The gentleman that owns it is always there walking around working and has been friendly to me and my husband. They get a lot of disney furniture from resorts after remodeling. The employees here are pretty friendly and the selection of stuff is pretty good. The prices are great but the only downside is the store doesn't have a bathroom anymore. For me if I wanted to use the bathroom I would have to run over to the flea market which is directly behind them but I prefer if the bathroom was there. read more

This place is a hot mess. I love thrifting, and I'm sorry I. Drove so far to hit this place up. The whole store is piles of crap to dig through. Nothing's really clean. There's a smell in there. Can't quite put my finger on it. Old musty crap I guess? It's a mixture of old hotel, Unwanted disney shirts and touristy clothing from the area. Stuff that you would find on the curb and just leave it there. Not to mention, there's a whole selection of useless chinese garbage. I can usually find at least one thing a dish. Or something in a thrift store that I would want to take home. I left empty handed. I really hate to leave such a terrible review. But man, I feel like that's a whole hour of my life. This used to be a cool thrift store with real good prices like you'd expect at a THRIFT store. Lately, the prices are on the same line as Goodwill or higher. Many items are being sold at the original prices from stores. Not sure I'll be back anytime soon with the prices like they are. It's a little less "junky" though so something has definitely changed. read more

Bought a Disney All Star resort sleeper sofa for $149.99 Arm rests need to be cleaned, but other than that, it looks good. Going to place this in our extra bedroom for the grandkids. They had a Saratoga Springs chair I liked, but I didn't have the room for it in my truck. They have entertainment centers, that include the flat screen tv, and a mini-fridge for $105, which is a great deal. My daughter picked up some nice baby clothes for 50cent a piece. Ladies that worked in the store were friendly and helpful. For us, it was a very good experience. Prices for Disney furniture were much cheaper than Lakeland Antique mall, and Forever Vintage that are located South of Disney. read more

Great selection amazing variety of absolutely everything. The prices are incredible too, there are something's that you just wouldn't go buy at a thrift store and that's fine but for the actual items like clothes antiques art and literature, this place, which I've been coming to since it was called USA (or America) thrift has been providing an unmatched service to the community and their values reflect through the service and prices. I have items from Hope Thrift that I purchased over a decade ago that is still in great shape. A lot of the art in my home is from Hope Thrift as well. read more

*ahem* well there's Goodwill, Salvation Army, and umm's there's probably some hope for this thrift store. Now I'm an avid thriftwrangler and sometimes I stray off the common thrift grounds for a lesser known store. As we rolled up to this shop I saw a store front aisle of home good items in rows much like a downgrade dollar general. Walking inside gives you an impression that it's Ollie's lesser known cousin store just full of well stuff. Items are thrown in bins, haphazardly stacked on shelves, and good luck if you want a price on a product. It'll be whatever mystery price they tell you. My favorite part was being greeted by the nutcracker who couldn't stand up but merely bowed on some craft string. There are sections to the store or at least I think there is - do you want a blood pressure monitor from the hospital - yea they got that. Do you want some used cake pans - yea a lot of those there. How about some old coffee pods yeah def those there! Hey maybe you want a random car wiper blades they have those in a bin too. Well I could go on about the disarray quality of this store but I will at least say the cashier was quite pleasant, so there's that! read more

Hope thrift store - hope to never shop here again. Place was super packed and aisles were so close it was hard to walk through. Some smaller random items were priced affordably but a lot of things are super over priced for a thrift store. We inquired about an item that didn't have a tag on it - were asked to go test the item and when we walked away the owner (maybe?) looked it up online while we were testing it and gave us the price based on a listing she found online. We are a family of thrift store shoppers and this little place is a diamond. It's one of the cleanest and best organized thrift stores I have been in. The employees are so friendly and the prices are extremely fair. I love that they have their seasonal items front and center; ie. Christmas goodies. I have been shopping in the shop since my family moved from Pennsylvania to Florida. They have good deals because their clothing is very cheap a dollar for shirt and $2 for pants. The downside is they have a lot of videos in large crates and I do not like looking through all of them I wish that they would put them on bookcases so that I would not have to go through all the crates.Other then that they are a great shop with a okay owner. read more

Kissimmee is a tourist dream, for locals, It's a nightmare. There are very few stores in this area that do not cater to the rat motel as I call it, aka Disney! Do they have a lot of stuff? Yes they do. That's why you go to a thrift store. If you have a hard time, pushing your cart down the aisle, leave your cart at the end of the aisle and walk down it. I like the store. Even the flea market here is all Disney Disney Disney. Give me a break. Not everybody wants Disney products. I want household items. And they deliver, so that's a plus. I am actually going there tomorrow. It's a great place if, like me, you just bought a place and you need everything! This place is just awful. Such a hot mess. Tried this place out a few months ago and got overwhelmed by how unorganized it is but decided to try again and it seems to somehow gotten worse?? The whole right side of the store smells rancid as you walk past shelves of expired products. Absolute junk. Seriously saw fungal cream...why do you need to sell that? It's a nightmare and if you do find something priced good they will take off the sticker in front of you at the register and tell you that's not their price. They then will hand the product back to you to put it away where you found it amongst the junk. Just bad business. Will not be returning. read more

Did I get completely overwhelmed because there was so much stuff? Yes. If I needed something could I totally find it in this building? I'd bet money on it. There was a really cool assortment of older items that you don't normally get at a goodwill, Disney stuff, and home goods.
