The store was neatly organized and offered a great selection of gently used clothing for men, women, and children, along with shoes, books, and household items. Prices were very budget friendly, and they had a number of additional sales, including a $1 clothing rack, 50% off items on the Father's Day gift table, and half-price single glasses and cups. Horrible experience!…read more Wait time to sell I was told 3 hours. People came after me and were told an hour and half and were put in front of my buy. I waited 2 hrs and had to leave because I am on vacation and had plans. Went to pick it up the next day and they said I am not in the system because I dropped off yesterday (no one told me I had to pick up same day). Gave me my bag and I said so what now. The employee says do you want me to see if we have some of your stuff saved. I said ummm yes! She didn't find anything (wasn't promising). I left my bag to be rechecked and have to wait another hour for it to be looked at. Left crying no one said sorry or had any remorse. Horrible experience! I used to be assistant manager at a Plato's and our store was never ran like this!

The pricing seems relatively arbitrary so that something to keep in mind. Some things are higher than you'd expect and others are significantly lower. Perhaps it all balances out in the end? This location is one of my favorites in Orlando. Building is bright and clean and it's a massive location, so there's plenty of selection. I don't fully understand the "color of the week" and couldn't find a sign to explain it to me and they seem to run on a slim staffing margin because even though there are several registers, I've never seen more than two open and that was when the line became dire. There are no fitting rooms, so it seems that's it's a "buy and pray" situation. The location is convenient, so I will definitely be back!

Went in today looking for a white or cream outfit and she did her best to assist. They have lots of patterned items and some solid color items and it's a fun cute little store. I didn't recognize any of the brands for the items but that's also the allure of going to smaller boutique places, finding new local brands. They have some racks with sale and larger discounts and are conveniently located next to a beer house and a Venezuelan restaurant so you could always partake after you do some shopping. Only negative on my end would be the stores temperature felt a little want but it could just be me, the store had a nice scent and was perfectly lighted.
