I waited 2 hrs and had to leave because I am on vacation and had plans. Went to pick it up the next day and they said I am not in the system because I dropped off yesterday (no one told me I had to pick up same day). Gave me my bag and I said so what now. The employee says do you want me to see if we have some of your stuff saved. I said ummm yes! She didn't find anything (wasn't promising). I left my bag to be rechecked and have to wait another hour for it to be looked at. Left crying no one said sorry or had any remorse. Horrible experience! They have some racks with sale and larger discounts and are conveniently located next to a beer house and a Venezuelan restaurant so you could always partake after you do some shopping.
