The air conditioning clearly isn't working -- it was uncomfortable just walking around. I saw employees working in short sleeves with fans blowing on them at the registers. One even mentioned it's been like this for quite some time. It's not just unpleasant -- it feels unsafe for both staff and customers in this kind of heat. And without asking me what was wrong with the product or why I was even returning it, she quickly assumed that it was already used and that therefore she could not make this return for me.
