My daughter kept on telling me she wanted to go "thrifting." I am not much for thrift stores as I usually don't have the patience. We did not find many things when we went back to school shopping so I thought, why not? This Goodwill is clean and very well organized. My 12 yo daughter found many things and the cost was less than buying brand new items but here's what I don't get. Why should I pay $9.49 for a sweater that is 10 years old? I found a pair of Talbot Khakis with the tags still on them. These were priced at $8.49. I have no problem paying that price for pants that were never worn or go out of style. Found a cute black shrug as well. Overall, I think this store is worth checking out. They have dressing rooms. Be aware that the dressing rooms close 30 min before the store does. read more

I purchased a used record player on their online store. When they shipped it to me they forgot the power cord which was in the photos of the listing. I reached out and was offered a messily $10 refund on a $42 item that I had no way to confirm it actually worked as they described it did. I can't even find the right power brick and the closest was $16. They said we will do that but that is all. It's not even my fault! Goodwill has become a money making scheme and don't care about their customers. Let alone disabled or handicapped individuals. Our local one laid them all off. Shame on goodwill! The worst Goodwill location I've ever been to. The employees are extremely rude and honestly just harassed us. I am not a Karen and don't typically leave reviews, but to leave the store with a youth group of young girls, two in tears, because the store manager was so extremely rude is unacceptable. This wasn't our first time dealing with rude employees and terrible customer service experience at this exact store. This happened last year as well. We thought it was a fluke last year, but after what happened tonight, it's definitely on purpose. I shared our experience with some friends who also had experienced the extremely rude store manager and employees. I will never shop at this location again. Personally I can't quite wrap my head around a NEW Goodwill store. Not just new to the city, but built from the ground up. So while the merchandise has lived many lives, the facility is clean, well organized and nicely designed. The best feature is the covered drive thru donation station on the side of the building. Now you have no excuse not to donate. They couldn't make is any easier. Just drive up to the awning and they will usually come out the sliding doors to meet you at your car. I've visited this location as a shopper and to make donations. Both sides of the business are quick and efficient. We've scored some great gently used clothes and gear for kids. Who wants to pay full price for snow gear that is outgrown every season? They even made seasonal displays of items for the holidays. We will see if store still seems so shockingly clean and orderly a year from now. At the moment it almost feels too nice. read more

This a wonderful store. The leadership and staff really care about the store and the customers experiences . The manager Amanda is always involved and interested . The staff are friendly. It's so overpriced it's ridiculous. Some of the rudest employees of any Goodwill I have been to. They won't open the dressing rooms until around 11 or 12. What's that about? It's pretty dirty most of the time. read more

This Goodwill is pretty similar to other's I've been to over the years. I haven't visited a different Goodwill location recently, so I don't know if this is the policy as well, but the past few times I have been in the fitting rooms have been closed. This was frustrating because at the time I visited the COVID mandates had recently been dropped, so there was no excusable reason for the fitting rooms to be closed. Goodwill's return policy does not allow for refunds on purchases, only store credit, so not being able to try on items before purchasing basically forces you to gamble on whether or not something will fit without being able to get your money back if it doesn't. We had fun shopping in here in preparation for the Ugly Sweater Party. However, I didn't find anything quite ugly enough. I found a blouse with a Christmas motif, however, I ended up shopping elsewhere for what I actually wore. The Goodwill is getting more savvy as time goes on. They do not discount Christmas items before Christmas and there are no returns (unless you count the fact that it will probably end up in your goodwill pile for the next go around) on Christmas items. My bf found a sweater, while not that ugly, he was happy with to wear to the party. We had a good time looking around and purchased a few things. Goodwill is always good for a look see. read more

The location seemed quite clean and orderly for a Goodwill. Throughout the store, they post the color of the day, and if the price tag has that color, the item is half off. That's pretty awesome, if you can find things you want with that color. They had a special aisle for Halloween, as well as a section. I'll have to come back and look at their holiday items to decorate our place. I did find that books were a great purchase. I got "The Cat in the Hat" and a Golden Book for $3, and they were both in almost new condition. We, also, found a Rogue (beer) cup for $1. I really wanted picture frames, but I didn't see multiples of the same kind like I wanted. Overall, it was a pretty good trip, and I'll definitely go back to see if they get anything else good, because they are always accepting donations, which means they are always putting new stuff out! read more

Prices are outrageous!!! $13 for a used men's button up shirt?? $20 for Grace jeans that cost around that brand new. Half the stuff isn't priced and no signs hanging up for a price on all like items (ex. DVDs and purses). Despicable. I used to go to this store every time I was up in the area but I won't waste my time going back. I'll take my money to more reasonable thrift stores. read more

It's a new store, well-built, big, clean and bright. It is, of course, crammed with stuff and moving through it is still difficult. The usual Goodwill eclectic selection of stuff. For a Goodwill, it's a solid one. And the drive-up donation area is really nice. read more

I don't think I have every had a worse experience than my last visit to this store on Sept 23, 2020. The good points: the store was clean and the checkers friendly. The Bad: After waiting to have someone write up a piece of furniture for me for about 8 minutes, I finally took it upon myself to go back to the loading warehouse and yell for some help. There was NO ONE on the floor in the store and about 6 employees in the warehouse. After finally purchasing the item we went around to pick it up.. Had to honk my horn to get anyone to come out and there were 4 other cars waiting to drop off items. One of the employees brought out the item we bought to our truck and refused to lift it for us with a really snotty attitude. Now we are senior citizens and between bad back and bad arm we managed to load it into the back of the truck... I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE AND WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE. read more

I always find great deals and the staff is usually friendly,but if something is mislabeled don't even think about getting it for the price it's labeled! Any other retailer would have seen the tag that was on the item and honored that price because it's the stores mistake, but not here, they take the mislabeled tag off and make you pay the price that they set for it and are kinda rude about it! They get their items for free! So I don't see why thy can't just have the mentality of "the customer is always right"! It's not the customers fault if something is mislabeled! read more

I have a large family and have visited Goodwill for years. Lately I have had to look for other thrift stores because the prices at Goodwill, in particular this Goodwill, are outrageous. I remember a time when you could go to Goodwill and pay a realistic price for second hand items. Over the past several years I have watched as the pricing of many items has gone up to the point of passing there original retail price. I have seen shoes in good condition but still used selling for the same price I could have bought the identical shoes for at Big 5. I looked to buy a used and worn work jacket but refuse to pay the $60 price tag they wanted for it. The jacket was not in that great of shape but would have been a good coat to keep me warm doing work in construction. I offered the manager a reasonable price for the coat but he would not lower it to the $40 I offered. Even that amount to me was almost to much to spend when I can buy brand new jackets at Costco from $20 to $40. The last straw was yesterday when I was looking at an old Mongoose mountain bike with rust, flat tires and missing the crank on one side and both peddles for $199.00!!! Are they crazy?! The bike wasn't even functional and they wanted more than you would pay at Wal-mart or Target for a new bike. I just love how Goodwill gets everything for free and then tries to overcharge the same people such as myself who has donated hundreds of items to them over the years. I have decided to donate to other organizations and no longer spend my hard earned money in a store that takes advantage of the very people that makes it possible for them to have items to sell. I would hope that more people voice there opinions about this. I know I'm not the only one because I hear others complain in the stores every time I have been there. Goodwill your not worth my time and money anymore. I would rather give my old items away on craigslist than watch you rip people off with those same items. I am not sure why the first reviewer gave only three stars when all they said was good things about this store. I think this store is awesome. It is clean, organized, and conveniently located. The only complaint I have is that they keep changing the colored tags when a more expensive item has been there long enough to be 50% off. They will put a different color tag over the original, just so it doesn't get marked down. read more

I've never been harassed in my life like I was at the Wilsonville Goodwill. When I went to purchase an item, the cashier rang the item up and then out of nowhere some woman (claimed, "I AM the MANAGER") and ripped the toy truck out of my cashiers hand and takes off the price tag reveling a much higher priced one. Now, what I'm supposed to do. I could see if it were a dollar or two difference but it was about a ten dollar difference. This is for a Nerf Gun that was missing pieces as well as all of the darts priced at 12.99 where the same, exact Nerf was available at Fred Meyer, without missing pieces and had all of the darts for 14.99. I'd pay 3.99 for a piece of junk but c'mon, really? It's not just that, it's the way things were handled. That's my most concern. Beware of this place! read more

This place is the biggest joke. Everything is way overpriced. I wanted an item that they were selling for 25 dollars, upon researching it i found out they were selling it at the same price as the orgional store. So i asked for it to be lowered as it was donated for free and goodwill claim to be "non-profit". All i got was a laugh in the face and a big no. The lady wasnt even plesant about it.
