I, like the glutton for punishment that I am, went in here again in spite of the crazy prices. Was looking for a warm jacket before work one night, as it has become real cold real quick. I got there at about 8:15 and at 8:25 the crass, loud mouth lady at the register got on the intercom and said "our dressing rooms are closed at this time and we will be closing very soon, if you have multiple items in your cart, bring them up now. You have until about 8:40 before I start to get REAL crazy" Umm, what? Threats at the GOODWILL? Okay. I will not be going back. The prices here are way more expensive than they should be my other reviews on the $1 aisle shampoo from Dollar General, half empty with someone else's shower crust on the outside of it for $3.99 will tell ya that! Goodwill, you're anything but good. You exploit people who donate, vulnerable employees and your customers all day everyday and now you threaten them too!! Pricing at this Goodwill is insane and I will not be coming back. Why is a USED plain white tank top being sold for $8? And why are Shein clothes being sold for anything over $5? A clearly worn small rug for nearly $40? Are you KIDDING? It's covered in hair and hasn't been cleaned! Pricing in Louisville is much better than this. Goodwill gets this stuff for free. read more

Highly disappointed because I was not ask if I wanted to donate today when I was making a purchase. The register lady made a donation tho for me!!! I even questioned her and she said NOTHING! She said nothing when I said I didn't make that donation! So employees need to put added donations on people's purchases inorder to keep their job!?!?!?!? I've heard things from employees there before. I know. I can just take my business elsewhere tho. I'm sure not all employees do it but it takes this one to give me bad impression because she did not answer me when I ask!!! read more

Goodwills have popped up all over the Louisville area. I have like 4 within a 5 mile radius of my home and this is one of those locations. My biggest experience with goodwills is dropping of the donations at the drive they drop off. This locations has a decent sized area and usually has a worker who is pretty quick to come and help unload and offer you a tax break card (for some reason I always say "no thanks" to getting one). I have gone inside this location a time or two. My oldest daughter absolutely loves shopping at the goodwill. So do her friends. She an older soul so she loves seeing all the older items and she actually loves clothes shopping there. Which won't get any complaints from this dad. I'll take some bargain hunting prices sometimes. Overall pretty standard goodwill location. It does the job intended and it makes it easy to donate and be charitable as this are so many around now. read more

This is a really nice Goodwill located in Mount Washington. I really like this place the guy that always seems to be working is very super friendly very super nice and he's just always really chipper sing along to the music that they had planned it's a good place. I will definitely be returning as a matter of fact I think I'm going to go here and here in a little bit to look and see if they have any cheap suits for me to wear it to work. I mean people look at Goodwill and they always have a negative connotation for some reason because they think I'll let's hand me down it's worn out it's poor whatever hey I get a lot of nice stuff at the Goodwill not going to lie and I've gotten a lot of my suits there I mean I will rock a jacket for 8 bucks that cost $100 at JCPenney's don't think so I enjoy money too much and my kids and my wife spend all mine so I'll go to the Goodwill all day long and buy me something good so this one's really nice here in Mount Washington and I plan on going again I'll get some pictures to put on this website for 4 out of 5 highly recommend read more
