I…read morepurchased a set of 7 dining chairs, 2 with arms and 5 without, but was only able to fit four in my vehicle at a time (1 with arms, 3 without). I know that I was specifically sold 2 arms/ 5 armless because Joey was super helpful and on top of things and double checked with me verbally to make sure that I knew that some had arms and some did not. I was assured by multiple employees that I would be able to pick up the remaining 3 (1 with arms, 2 without) the following day. When I arrived, I was told that the one with arms had been sold to someone else and that they would only give me one without arms. This is not what I purchased. Joanna shrugged it off and walked away from me saying there was nothing they could do, despite being one of the other employees that assisted with the sale only the day before. As far as I'm concerned, that is THEFT. EDIT: I called the district office and Marsha was incredibly helpful and took the time to actually ask the employees at the store what had happened, and they corroborated my account of events. I'm very thankful that she took me seriously and took actual care to investigate the issue. IF YOU BUY FURNITURE HERE TO PICK UP LATER, GET PHOTOS, A DETAILED ITEMIZED LIST IN ADDITION TO THE RECEIPT, AND A SIGNATURE FROM THE MANAGER ON DUTY. DO NOT LET THEM BULLY YOU OUT OF WHAT YOU PAID FOR.

Not bad, not bad…read more This is a decent goodwill. Parking is a little tight. It's relatively organized and pretty clean. We went over to the men's section, which surprisingly was big. I found a long sleeve plaid skirt for my partner. I made him try it on to make sure it fits right. It looked good. Bought that and he loves it! I bought a long sleeve top for myself to wear. This was not evident at the Huntington Beach location. Please announce to the teens peiodically to kindly be fresponsible and respectful and re-hang the clothes carefully after trying them on. In summary, the sales are really a boone to all and much needed amelioration to regular sales prices. Maybe prizes could be awarderd to the neatest store locations and the most considerate local shoppers. I was happily minding my business in such an upbeat mood shopping and bopping around, when the male associate with the long pony tail and barely says hello to me then reprimands me for having a coffee in my hand with the most odd, bizarre, sarcastic and aggressive energy. You'd think I'd committed a crime the way he said it. Honestly just turned around and left at that point. "Next time leave the coffee in the car". Due to the delivery, tone, and aggressiveness there won't be a next time. There's more than one way to say something and so many kinder ways to treat one another.

She scolded me for needing an appointment to consign items which I was about to accept. Then she said she would take a look (I had maybe 8 items) so we went through piece by piece. She didn't want most of them (totally ok, my cat had gotten into the bag) but she was rude about every piece including the ones she took. I wouldn't go back here for shopping or to sell my clothing.

Their website has an outline of what they accept and how you should donate, so I'd recommend checking that out prior. The staff here were all so friendly and made it very easy for me to drop my donations. Most importantly, I love their mission and really feel like my donations are going to a good cause vs. some of the other big box donation centers. I'd encourage everyone to consider donating here!

It's organized really well and has a lot of different sections! The money you spend goes to supporting a great cause, so might as well stop in and buy some great stuff while also supporting others :) Everyone I have encountered working at the store has been soooo kind and helpful. They are all so welcoming! Extras - They have a little parking lot and there are typically spots available all the time! They also sometimes have deals on certain days, so sign up for the rewards to get alerted when they have sales!
