Like all Goodwill stores this one is filled with all of that kind of stuff you would expect to find at such a location. Namely: previously experienced home goods, electronics, furniture, art, glassware, clothing, shoes, trinkets, you name it... Like all Goodwills this is a great place to find that something that you're looking for, or that's something you never knew you needed. This is a very well stock store. It's basically broken up into two separate rooms. Each room offers a little bit of that specific something. Like all Goodwill's, this shop offers a lot of clothing. They really do have a lot. Whether or not you'll find what you're looking for, that depends on personal taste and desire. But, they do have a lot of it. This is not so much criticism, but I will say this store is a little bit funky. It's not one of the new modern locations where everything is nice, airy and super clean. A lot of the stuff is kind of stacked on top of itself at this location. And, you don't really get a super clean vibe. Again, not a criticism, just so you know what to expect. This shop has a large parking lot in the front. Parking should be no problem. I've never found it to be. So, if you're in Brea, and you want what Goodwill has to offer, this may be your location to find it read more

I contacted the veteran-founded company known as Resupply for a large pick-up of household items to be donated to Goodwill of Orange County. It was easy to schedule a pick-up online and it's pricing model was pretty straightforward. The assigned driver Isaac showed up ahead of schedule but called to notify of his ETA 30 minutes beforehand. (This worked out perfectly for me since I had some errands to run.) Him and his two helpers were great! All three men were efficient, polite, and professional. I look forward to contacting this company again for my next haul. read more

Good deals can be found, but the "new" Goodwill is pricier than I expected. Also, they are much pickier about what donations they will accept. read more

Came here for the first time, not looking for anything in particular just browsing. I enjoy thrifting here and there, and thought we'd check the place. The store is much bigger than it appears on the outside. Lots of new clothes with tags for kids, mostly target brands. Past the apparel there's home decor, music, and some furniture. Most of the items were in good shape considering they're all donated. Walked out empty handed but I'd definitely come back here with more time and browse some more. read more

Very organized clothing selection, but please management team, tone down that air freshener permeating in the entire store. It's overwhelming too strong. I'd rather smell the typical used clothing smell in thrift stores than the overly potent air freshener they used lol. read more

The lady in the back where you can leave items off needs a serious attitude adjustment. I have dropped off items at this store several times over the years, most with friendly staff, however there is one woman with medium colored, shoulder length hair that clearly takes herself way too seriously, every time I visit this location. On 11/21/25, I stopped by to drop items at the open back door of the location, it was raining lightly. I did not see the signage until later that they accept donations starting at 9 a.m., it's 8:45 a.m. when I arrive. Often, there isn't always an attendant there, but when they are they have a cart/bin that items can be left. As the door was open and me wanting to get my items out of the rain, I begin to neatly stack them by one of the covered carts. All of a sudden, this woman employee comes running into the area, yelling at me that they are not open, she does not stop to speak/acknowledge me but instead immediately grabs the framed artwork I have left continuing to yell at me to "read the sign, we open at 9!" I stopped and said, "yes I now see the sign" but she continues her rude behaviors, literally grabbing anything I've set down and quickly putting back in my truck, realizing in 10 minutes they are "officially open". I have encountered her before, hadn't said much until now but I asked her to "please calm down", mentioned I am not sure why she seems to always have such an attitude. She tersely yelled as she headed back inside "have a great Thanksgiving". If I am not mistaken, this is an organization that bases a good share of its revenue from worthy donations from the community, isn't that correct? If so, why would you employ such a rude individual that constantly acts as though she owns the place and clearly takes herself far too seriously. I for one, will never stop at this store if I see her working, I have had enough run ins with this lady to keep doing so. I would wonder if I am an isolated person who has had poor experiences with her or in fact others simply don't wish to speak up. I might otherwise not say anything, realize people can have bad days but she has been rude or abrassive to me several times now and she needs someone to address her customer service. read more

I've been to plenty of goodwills in my lifetime this one really dissatisfied me. I'm a thrifter, I live for thrifting, but this place was a bit interesting... The stuff was organized and put together but the options weren't as great. It was very sketchy and the service was terrible. workers there that were very odd. The lady who worked there was in the purse section almost my whole visit in one spot just singing. As the other man was just wondering. This nice old lady had went up to the cash register because there was no line and was told to go back in line when there was still no line having to walk back and forth making this poor old woman uncomfortable. The lady had bought a vase and the worker had to wrap it when he did he half-a## it. It was hardly even wrapped. Overall this goodwill has poor service and rude employees. read more

new policy, all goodwill "removed sizing from the racks".. so now a shopper has to go through entire rack(s) to find their size. who has time to do that??. i for one, dont. This is one sure way to "decrease" sales. good job upper management whoever decided this. read more

I finally found a goodwill they is not overpriced. Nice location, not a very big store, well maintained and friendly staff. The only downfall to it was that I didn't really find very much. But I would definitely go again. read more

Convenient neighborhood location with lots of free parking. Lots of inventory in clothing and housewares, well-organized and clean. Prices seemed very fair. Plenty of shopping baskets. Lots of customers on the day I shopped but no waiting at the check-out line. Subsequently, I took several boxes of donations to the drop off behind the building, and the staff was very helpful and quick there. Definitely recommend this location of Goodwill. read more

The selection is pretty good and the staff is super nice but the pricing is really fishy. There's absolutely no tags the color of their 50% off deal in the women's section but lots in the mens department and all dresses and items size XS-S are priced significantly higher than M-XXL. It's just really weird and feels wrong. read more

Middle aged light skinned Latina lady needs an attitude check. I was waiting patiently at the front of the line as there were no cashiers up front. As I'm waiting, a man walks past me as an associate is approaching the registers and she signals for him come up to check out, to which I told her I had been waiting. She called for her coworker to come help at the registers and ring the man up and he asks "why can't you help him?" She goes "because I'm helping him!" and signals over to me and rolls her eyes. She continues to have attitude throughout our transaction, pursing her lips and making faces. Their card reader wasn't accepting my Apple Pay and she kept giving me attitude over that. If I hadn't gotten some good finds, I would have just walked out or called her out, but I had already spent a good amount of time here. Definitely won't be coming back to this location. read more

Absolutely will not be coming back here. I'll go to the one in Placentia instead. Never been here before so I didn't know when you are dropping off in the back, you need to go on a certain side ( there are no signs anywhere that say otherwise). When I pull around to the back, the worker is yelling at me that I can't come this way. Again...nothing tells me that the way I went is the "wrong" way. When I go around the correct way and it's my turn to unload, the same guy brings over the big bin but goes right past me to give it to the guy behind me. I grab it and say " I'm first and I need that". As I'm unloading my items into it, the worker starts throwing the other cars stuff into the bin. Guy was a total DB. Nice workers you have here, maybe they need to go back to a "meeting" class cause they have issues. read more

Second-hand items for sale? Check. Decent prices? Check. Thrift store smell? Check. I often get roped into accompanying people to thrift stores which is how I ended up here. The clothing section is plentiful and organized. The section of housewares, toys, etc. was a complete disaster; it looked like someone had just randomly tossed things here and there. They did have a good collection of vinyl records to sort through though. My thrift-store-loving sister found some great clothing items after searching through the racks for half an hour. She loves the hunt. If you're like her, you'll probably like this store. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. Had to stand in line for fifteen minutes to pay for two small items. Cashier working in slow motion to wrap 25 ceramic items for customer in front of me. There's a second Cashier, an old woman who instead of helping others pay was just standing there looking at the long line. read more

This Brea location is a nice big one and really organized! I almost always find a little treasure or two when browsing the aisles here. Basically your typical Goodwill, except this one seems quite a bit larger than the others around the area. Drop off is easy too, just drive down the alley behind the store and they'll even unload for you. I've noticed that prices keep going up.... still cheaper than brand new, for the most part, but I think that is probably company-wide and not necessarily this locations doing. Wow this place is a hidden gem. It did not disappoint. It was literally the most cleanest and organized goodwill I have ever been too! It smelled so amazing when walking in. All the Christmas decor was neatly organized and hung perfectly in order. Cleaning supplies lined up neatly like a market shelf. The shoes are all in place. Just wowed that I could find everything so easily. Tons of name brand items. Nice home decor area as well. Bathrooms are also available upon request and changing rooms! Amazed read more

The "drop-off" team was Very Friendly and accommodating. The ease of the drop off lane was convenient and well choreographed.

Please update your website. Location shows open until 8 pm, however the donation drop off closes at 6 pm. I rushed home from work thinking I had time to drop off but when I got there they told me they were closed. read more

Shocked by the bad reviews. Clearly some of these people have not been to enough Goodwills to see a how well organized this Goodwill is! I want to hug and kiss all the employees here, they were were organizing and cleaning the whole time we were there. This store is so WELL organized, and neat, I really can't express that enough. I love the layout of this store and how housewares has its own separate room. Honestly, best selection of housewares, toys, and DVDs I've seen yet. I have nothing but appreciation for this store and it's hard working employees at this location. Who ever is managing this store knows what their doing. Good job. This will be the first stop on my Goodwill hunts from now on! read more

As far as Goodwill's go this one is not too bad. You can usually find some goods, especially since the remodel that happened about a year ago. The trick to thrift stores is hitting them often and figuring out the restocking schedules / sales. Goodwill's usually change the color of their sale items on Fridays. Goodwill's in Orange County usually get items from Target quite often. These usually have pink tags I believe. read more

This is a big store. I went to see what albums they had. The selection is not huge but there was a good number of albums. They are $1.99 each so that's a great price. I'll be going back to see what new albums have came in. The cashier was friendly and I didn't have to wait for long. read more

If swooping in with a big donation load, then pull around to back alley (behind store) and notice gray bins on the right side. Lot's of activity at this store and they offer high quality merchandise. Goodwill worker helped me offload that Tory Burch bag (accidently dropped into the Mediterranean) an old 80's monitor and no longer sparkly designer flats (storm in Galapagos) for revamping and offering to customers. Store has selection of designer wear, shoes, and bags. A wise shopper may discover a multitude of undervalued treasures like a Prada Poncho. Worth a visit and dedication of a few hours of shopping within budget. read more

We support Goodwill's mission of providing opportunity for gainful work to fellows who might otherwise have much less in their life. But we shop at Goodwill because of the crazy deals! On this day, I found a Nike dry fit USC polo shirt (NWT), and my signora found a pair of the cutest shoes (OK that was supposed to be sarcastic). I will give away the USC shirt, as I would not be caught dead. Prices so low the stuff might as well be free. This location is one of the better Goods, filled with treasures you never knew existed but suddenly can't live without. A garage sale with a charitable purpose! Any fool can spend $100 to look good.
